Blue Hole Cabin - Minutes from Jacob's Well!

Welcome to the Blue Hole Cabin at The Ranch at Wimberley. This surprisingly roomy cabin sleeps up to six guests on a property that entertains up to fifty. The Blue Hole Cabin has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a cozy pull out sofa in the living room, and a full size air mattress in the loft. A full size bath with tub and a cute kitchen with a view round out the living accommodations. Outdoors is where you will really want to be. Relax on the porch and overlook the stunning nature that surrounds you. Go on a walk along the two miles of nature trails or take advantage of the Game Room where you can play billiards or table tennis. A resort style grill is available for the outdoor chefs in your party. Situated under an awning, guests can grill rain or shine. A beautiful pool and six person hot tub is also available for use. When you lose yourself in the Hill Country find yourself at The Ranch at Wimberley Blue Hole Cabin.

Please note, the game room and pool/hot tub areas are in separate locations on the property. While some guests may enjoy walking, others may find driving to the pool area more convenient as it is located away from the lodging units.

**The health and safety of our guests is paramount. Cleanliness is always our top priority. We offer a 24-hour guest service contact number for emergencies and messages will be answered promptly. Arrive after four o’clock when it is convenient for you with an easy and contactless check-in and out process for our guests.

A maximum of 2 dogs weighing 25 pounds or less are allowed at pet friendly properties. Please confirm the property you are interested in is designated as pet friendly prior to booking if you plan to bring your dog(s). Please note that a $25 per pet per night fee will be added to your reservation if you choose to bring your furry friend.

Great property

We actually ended up switching cabins because our group got larger. They were accommodating and easy to work with. The property is beautiful and spacious. It is a short drive into town. The cabin was so clean, so we felt goof about a COVID get away!

Will definitely visit again!!

This stay was exactly what we needed for our mini vacation. The weather was hot but perfect. We absolutely loved every single thing about the land, cabin, pool, Jacobs Well, The little town of Wimberley, and even our next-door cabin neighbors we met our second night. We told our extended family about The Ranch at Wimberley and are planning a holiday in the Big House. Thank You, Eric and the young man that was cleaning the pool for answering our questions. We will be back again hopefully sooner than later.

Beautiful property

The property was very nice. The cabin was perfect for the kids and I. Good location, the property was big for walking and the hot tub was superb. Definitely will come back again.

Beautiful property

We will absolutely stay here again! The property was gorgeous, pool was beautiful. The cabins were well kept and clean. Close to town but far enough to be away from the crowd. The only disappointment was that there were no deer on the property when we woke up. It's one of my favorite things about the hill country. Wish they would put feeders on the property.

So fun!

My family had a great time! Clean cabin with loft area for the kids. Pool definitely didn't look like the pic in listing, but the kids still had fun. Could have used a few more towels since there were only 5 and we had 6 ppl. Don't expect to watch a family movie after a day of hiking and swimming, though! The internet was horrible and never could watch more than 30 secs of any show or movie. Overall, it was a great time grilling and hanging with the family before school starts!

Such a relaxing time!

My mom and I went for a few days to relax at the cabin. We had such an enjoyable time being able to relax and soak in the hot tub. The cabin had everything we needed and more. There was a nice fire pit and a grill right outside our cabin. The pool area was very nice but too cold for us to go swimming. However, we definitely used the hot tub! The game room was cool, with the ping pong and pool tables. We really enjoyed being able to see the wild life. We saw a bunch of deer and also a fox. I took my dog out there and he loved it. He was able to roam around in the field and had a fantastic time. It is very close to Jacob’s Well and to the downtown area it was not too far. We ended up going to the natural bridge caverns, which was only an hour drive. I think we will definitely return for another relaxing time!

Small but did the trick

Came for a weekend trip with a few friends. Cabin was small but did the trick for 5 able-bodied adults (22-23 y/o) and 2 dogs. Steps to get up to the loft were pretty steep, perfect for kids or young adults but probably not workable for older adults. Property and facilities had a little wear, but overall clean and well taken care of.

Pictures misled me

I stayed at the residence near Wimberly, TX. The pictures of the actual cabin were accurate. Also included in the pictures were a pool and hot tub. There was not an explanation that these were not located here. I looked at that listing many times. I feel very misled. The game room was locked, until other renters showed up and the trees were not lit until others arrived. I guess we didn’t count. Disappointing.

Great stay

The property was great! Lots o amenities. It was also nice that there were not many other people on the property. It would have been nice if they noted where the keypad is located in the check in notes.
