Cottage de Molly se encuentra en Chocolate Hole de lujo, un gran barrio para caminar y correr. Es un niño de diez minutos en coche de las espectaculares playas del Parque Nacional ya pocos minutos de distancia de la ciudad de Cruz Bay ("Love City" tiene maravillosos restaurantes y tiendas).

Nuestra casa, hecha de maderas duras tropicales, fue cuidadosamente construido y mantenido por nuestra familia en los últimos 20 años. Nosotros (un artista de Vermont y su marido) hemos prestado atención al detalle en la decoración, el arte y paisajismo. Acabamos renovado la totalidad de arriba poniendo en una nueva cocina más grande. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Se puede cenar en su casa en la amplia terraza con vistas a la playa del agujero del chocolate. Relájese y disfrute de películas en un televisor de pantalla panorámica o simplemente disfrutar de los sonidos de la noche tropical

Cottage de Molly es perfecto para una pareja que quiere una pequeña casa asequible y privado, usted puede alquilar sólo la parte de arriba o de ambas plantas y compartirlo con tus amigos. También es el amplio dormitorio y baño en la planta baja ideal para una familia pequeña - poner a los niños en la planta baja y cada uno tiene privacidad.

Wonderful cottage get away

What a wonderful cottage to stay at! The location made it easy to get to/from and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful beaches on St. John. Traveling with our 2 young adults we appreciated having enough space to spread out and having two bathrooms available. The washer/dryer gave us that fresh start feeling halfway through our vacation. This cottage has a bit of a rustic weathered feel which we loved. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Molly’s cottage

The cottage was perfect for our stay in St. John. Sitting on the porch overlooking the bay was glorious. Pretty well stocked kitchen. We loved that there were beach towels, chairs, and snorkel gear for us to use. Our host responded quickly to questions. You will need a car to get around as the the cottage is not very close to the ferry or restaurants and St. John is not conducive to walking (lots of hills, no sidewalks).

Cozy cottage

Mollys Cottage is perfect for a couple or even two. It sets overlooking Chocolate Hole. Comfortable, nice deck, has everything needed for your stay. It’s located less that 10 minutes from Cruz Bay, a grocery store is nearby, nice quiet neighborhood, hardly any road traffic, easy to get to. There is always a gentle breeze coming up from the bay, which helps to keep it cool and keep the bugs at bay. This was our 5th stay on STJ. We would definitely stay here again. And recommend to friends and family. Only negative comment would be, there is some updating that needs to be done. But once you understand how difficult it is to get things to STJ, it becomes a minor issue.

Private get away

Molly’s cottage is in a convenient and quiet residential area. It was very private though there are neighbors nearby. The owner was responsive and helpful. You will want a car to get around. The wrap around porch is flooded with sunshine all day and expands the living space considerably.

Great location

Worked well for our family. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the view and the breezes. It got a little warm without AC but there were several fans and with the windows open the breeze helped cool things. The house had everything we needed and Beach supplies were an added bonus! House was close to groceries and not far from the excellent beaches of St John.

Perfect cottage.

Molly's cottage was perfect for our stay. It is beautiful, very well maintained and offered everything we needed. I stayed in the bedroom on the main floor and my two friends stayed in the lower level. We both had our own bathrooms. We didn't cook but the kitchen was amazing. There are markets to buy groceries very close to the cottage. If I go back to St. John with my family, I would definitely want to rent this cottage again. We rented a jeep and would recommend that to anyone. It's not walking distance to town only because the roads are narrow and very steep at times. Two large decks on the back offered gorgeous views and relaxation. Thank you! 🌴😎

St. John vacation

St. John was a nice vacation. We enjoyed time on the beaches. Was hoping the snorkeling would have been better. This vrbo is a more rustic cottage. Amenities were good but could have been a bit cleaner.

Fantastic stay!

Molly’s cottage was fantastic! Plenty of towels and beach chairs were nice. Bedding could be a little more comfortable but really no big deal. It was nice to have separate spaces for the two couples. The view from the deck was an absolute dream! We would definitely come back!

The perfect cottage

Mary’s Cottage was perfect for us! Convenient to Cruz Bay restaurants and groceries, but just far enough out of town for total quiet. We enjoyed several meals on the porch while taking in the view, and the screen doors and fans helped us keep cool and bug-free. The amenities were fantastic - the beach chairs and washer/dryer were particularly helpful. We so enjoyed our visit!

Perfect Getaway

Mary’s cottage was the perfect place for our stay. We can a beautiful view of one of the many bays of the island, and loved opening up all the doors and windows to enjoy the beach breeze. We had everything we needed and more, including a fully useful kitchen, a beautiful wrap-around porch with plenty of chairs to enjoy the sun or shady, and all the beach necessities (including beach chairs, towels and a cooler). We would definitely stay again! And the host was super friendly and easy to get in touch with

Amazing views and incredible amenities.

Molly's Cottage was perfect! The views were better than the pictures and the amount of amenities where second to none. We had everything we needed, from towels, beach chairs, laundry to all the needed items in the kitchen and spices. We loved opening the doors every morning and getting the breeze flow through and seeing the sun and water. The furniture/beds were comfortable. The only complaint we had was the shower upstairs didn't have a shower head on it. So our showers were messy and very cramped. Overall we truly enjoyed every minute. The location was absolutely perfect, less than a 10 minute drive to cruz bay. It was apparent how much this house is loved and it was a pure joy to have the ability to stay here. After our 17 day stay at Molly's Cottage we stayed at another home for 8 days with a large group on Cinnamon Bay. The house did not compare to the amenities that Molly's Cottage had. I would strongly recommend Molly's Cottage. We will be returning!!

Casual Island Oasis

Stayed here New Year's Week with family of six. Molly's Place was perfect, a great open air cottage. I was a little nervous about not having AC, but it was not a problem at all, the island breeze at night made it very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay at Molly's Place again.

AMAZING

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time and stay at this wonderful house at the Estate Chocolate Hole. Waking up in the morning with the nature sounds and seeing the sun rise across the mountain. Everything is perfect and we will comeback since at the moment you walk in you feel as if you are in paradise.

Almost heaven!

Charming cottage with idyllic breezes, fabulous wrap-around deck, and glorious views of Chocolate Hole. So peaceful! Tastefully decorated and very well equipped with towels, beach chairs, cooler, etc. Beautiful new kitchen with plenty of everything, plus Weber grill on the deck. My husband and I stayed for a week and loved every day at Molly’s Cottage. Would definitely return.

Quite, peaceful, relaxing...

We had a wonderful stay at Molly's cottage, so much so that we tried to return the following week! We occupied the upper part of the cottage (the lower was not rented during our stay). The cottage is very comfortable, we particularly enjoyed the open-air feel of the place. The large windows coupled with the location (high the hillside) allowed for almost constant tropical breezes which were cooling despite the 80+degree weather. The sliding screen doors in the bedroom made it feel as though you were sleeping outside and it was wonderful to wake up to morning breezes and birds singing. We spent our mornings and evenings on the large deck overlooking the water. The kitchen was stocked with an abundance of dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. The bathroom although cozy contained plenty of towels. We look forward to returning to Molly's cottage when next we visit St. John.

Could almost spend all day on the Lanai!

Such a relaxing place to come back in the evenings and a beautiful scene to enjoy off the deck while eating breakfast in the mornings! I love the breeze that rolls through the house. Beach towels and chairs were a nice touch as well. We enjoyed our time immensely!

The cottage was built on family land but later sub-divided into its own property. We built this house ourselves and we take loving care of it.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The downstairs is separate and private. It is perfect for 2 couples or a small family because everyone gets privacy. We have a path that leads down to Chocolate hole beach. We are in a great area for walking and running. We always get a great breeze.
