I chose this condo based on its perfect reviews and it didn’t disappoint! Super clean, comfortable, quiet and well stocked with all things that make it just like home! Shopping, excellent eateries, art galleries and more walking distance in Old Town Scottsdale. The host is very responsive and cares about your stay!

A PERFECT 10!

I just returned home after spending two weeks at Ttreacy's property. I had an outstanding experience. In fact, I've been to at least a twenty VRBO and competitor properties in the past decade and this was the best of all. The furnishings, including the linens were upscale and quite comfortable. The three TV's and internet worked flawlessly, as did the high-end appliances. The unit was spotless and very well maintained. Treacy was extremely responsive and attentive. The location is great and the street parking was abundant and about 100 steps from the front door.

Clean, well appointed, pleasant location

Clean and exactly as described in listing. Glad to note both beds are kings! Very clean. Kitchen has nice high-end appliances and every possible small appliance and cooking tool one could need! Oddly, GPS did have trouble getting us to exact location, but it wasn’t a problem.

Old Town

Beautifully decorated, comfortable despite the 115 degree temp outside, perfect location for visiting family in Old Town. Only downside was the foam mattress toppers made the bed too soft for our preference. Despite that, would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay!

This property was as advertised and very well stocked! The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect being in walking distance to several restaurants and a short driving distance to many more. We did not have time to use the pool; however, it looked very inviting and clean! As previously noted, lots of street parking was available close to the unit. Excellent response time and communication from the property manager! Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Old Town Scottsdale area

This VRBO was extremely well stocked! Literally anything/everything we could have wanted was already there. The kitchen had it all. Really no need to go out to eat if you didn't want to. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood with ample parking.

Excellent Property and Location

The unit was absolutely perfect. Everything you could need and more. The host Page was wonderful and provided great recommendations and very accommodating. Nice community pool and very quiet, felt like our own. We will definitely stay at this unit and property again.

Short but Sweet

The location of this unit is very convenient to Old Town Scottsdale. It is nicely furnished with comfort in mind. The entire suite has been remodeled and upgraded. We didn’t use the cooking facilities as we dined at some of the local restaurants, although it had everything we would’ve needed. We would definitely stay here again on our next short visit to Scottsdale..

This condo definitely stands out!

I have stayed at many VRBO’s and almost all of them have been quite good or excellent. However, this stay has definitely been the best. The location is walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. There are two huge orange trees right outside the door with a fruit picker for anyone to use. There was attention to every detail. We prepared our own food because my husband has a special diet for medical reasons. I really appreciated that the kitchen was more orderly than any place I have stayed. For example, the containers were uniform and logically placed in a drawer with tops at the side. The utensils, dishes, and pans were all high quality, along with high quality and sharp knives. Ample kitchen staples were provided. All throughout the condo, attention had been paid to every detail in the same manner as the kitchen. And the décor was tasteful. The furniture was high quality and comfortable, including two new leather recliners and a sofa. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean. It was always very quiet, too. The manager was the best! She was so helpful and personable, but definitely not overbearing. She definitely went the extra mile to please her guests. We have never encountered a manager or owner who managed so well. We will definitely be back.

Well equipped gorgeous 2 br condo with pool!

From my initial contact to my departure Treacy went above and beyond to deliver a phenomenal guest experience. She made sure to get me anything I needed.. from an umbrella to a recommendation to a restaurant that I would be interested in. The property itself was fresh, well maintained and super clean. Exactly what I look for when traveling away from home.

Old Town Mid Century Modern

The place was great! Very well located to walk anywhere in Old Town. Extremely clean and well organized. Property managers were very easy to work with! I'd definitely stay there again.

Golf trip

We stayed for 4 nights. It was a first time in AZ, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We could walk anywhere and find food or entertainment. The condo was really cute.

Amazing and perfect

This location and property are amazing. The apartment has been carefully and beautifully decorated. It’s comfortable in every way. It’s stocked with every possible kitchen need and the bathroom is well equipped as well. The complex, while older, is quiet and serene. Old Town Scottsdale is minutes away on foot. So many wonderful restaurants, bars and shops…we walked everywhere, everyday! We look forward to our next trip here. Thanks to a great owner for making this property at the top of our list!
