Perfect Adirondacks getaway

Lily Pad South was perfectly set up for a week long first trip with our 8 month old. The place was clean, well located and easy to find with all of the things we needed to make our vacation a success!

Whenever im in the adirondacks I stay at The Lilly Pad. Super comfortable beds. Gracious host who will go out of her way to help you! I plan to stay here for all my future trips to the area.

Beautiful space!

Very clean and spacious. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Use of boats, canoes, and kayaks, all included, and just a few minutes to the sandy town beach. We had a lovely stay

Very Cozy

Very clean, comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with cookware & spices, lots of towels & crisp fresh sheets. 2 nice restaurants (Bull house & OP Fredericks) are within a few minutes drive. There is a LOT of outdoor firewood & we enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit.

Overnight Stay at the Lily Pad

We had such a lovely stay at the Lily Pad. The space was a perfect size for two couples and the beds were very comfortable. Really enjoyed using the paddle boat and kayaks over on the lake! Cheri was very easy to communicate with and we appreciated the late check out on our last day. We will definitely be coming back!

Great for short getaway

This rental is cute and comfortable. It has everything we needed for a short getaway. We didn't realize the location was right on the road and across from the lake, but it still seemed private and quiet. The property manager was super-quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was simple and check-out procedures weren't overly complicated like some rentals seem to require. We had a very enjoyable stay.

WORTH THE 20min DRIVE FROM GORE!

2nd stay! Clean as a hospital comfy beds (2) great heat, tv streaming wifi cozy couch/recliner great hot water good price everything you need to cook! Have all you food/drink and you're good to go! Coming back next ski/snowmobile season!

What I loved most was it was like staying in your own home, quiet, clean, and private. The only drawback was no coffee in the kitchen. Otherwise absolutely give stars. I want to stay in this exact house again if welcome. They were very nice, too, and accommodating.

Close to Gore Mt

We like this sweet place... very comfortable, good layout, nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen--- utensils, dishes, cookware and appliances. Comfortable bed and nice full bath with luxury towels. There is even a washer/dryer on site. Owners are very friendly and responsive! A short 15 min drive to Gore Mt makes it a great option for a ski trip.

Home away from home

Cheri is a gem for this place. Clean as a hospital lots of streaming tv great heat so cozy we were in no hurry to leave to ski! Convenient to Gore, CC snowmobile and "The Place" Italian restaurant that puts some NYC places to shame! Road quiet at night. Looking to book next season already. Beds comfy didn't try pull out bed can't comment. A great quiet getaway from NYC thank you!

The property was good enough due to its location to Gore Mountain to ski. But the house is super close to a road without enough insulation to soften traffic noise. You can also hear footsteps from the apartment above. We did not sleep well here. Communication with property contact was spotty.

Met all our needs

This is the perfect place to stay. Has all the amenities that you could possibly need for a short stay. Home was very clean and kitchen was stocked with all cooking items and dishes. Beds were clean and comfortable which ample blankets. Shower was clean and plenty of towels. We thought the location was great because it’s centrally located to everyplace we wanted to go. The only negative I have is that the unit above ours was also being used and the ceilings are very thin so we constantly heard them moving about when they were there. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Weekend with buddy

Every year we spend a few days snowboarding and this year we wanted to go to Gore. Did a VRBO search and this came up with a rate that looked too good to be true. We booked back in November and had an easy ti.e communicating with Cheri. Two days prior to the trip she reached out with a combination fpr.the door.locjs and her cell number if we needed anything. The unit was spotless and there were plenty of blankets pillow and towels. Cheri even made checking out so easy that I felt bad leaving the towels just in the hampers. While visiting Cheri was available to answer any questions and provided additional units she manages for the future trips when the whole gang is able to join. I would certainly recommend.

Awesome Location

Great location. Only an hour to the best waterfall and shorter to several of the lakes around. Only had an issue getting comfortable on the beds since I have back problems. Communication was above and beyond and fire pit was well worth the effort! Thank you!!

The Lilly Pad was clean and cozy. We did so much like the Stonebridge Caves, Whiteface Gondola ride, and sightseeing around Lake George. My kids absolutely loved the Garnet Mines. It was a wonderful getaway!
