Renovated home with two bathrooms (one ensuite). The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac between Mount Maunganui and Papamoa, with Bayfair shopping mall and the beach both ten minute walks away.

Downtown Mount Maunganui (shops, hot pools, eateries, beaches) is 5km in one direction, and very easy to get too, and Papamoa shopping mall and beach is 5km the other way so you are right in the middle of everything.

Relax in holiday mode with spacious bedrooms, two heatpumps for heating or cooling, WIFI, and a deck for making the most of the sun.

Please note the photos are from previous styling. The furniture is different but is the same aesthetic. The second bedroom does not have access to a wardrobe.

Please also note that there is a security camera on the driveway.

Special property conditions;
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No parties whatsoever - this is a family street and we ask that you respect our neighbours. If we hear that there has been a party, we will ask you to leave.
- A bond of $300 is required prior to your stay.
- Sheets, linen, and towels will be provided but there will be no house-keeping provided during your stay. There is a washing machine and dryer if you do need to do any laundry.
- No pets.
