Beautiful Cottage on Okanagan Lake in La Casa

Welcome to our beautiful lake front cottage at La Casa. You can't get any closer to all the amenities of the lake including the marina, boat launch, beach, water trampolines, swimming area and walking trails.
Our cottage is centrally situated 30 minutes between Kelowna and Vernon in the gated community of La Casa Lakeside Cottage Resort.
The cottage offers high speed wifi, Smart TV, Air Conditioning, BBQ, wine fridge and 2 parking spots.
There are 3 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that have showers with multi heads including over sized rain head. The 300+ sq ft patio has a large dining table and comfortable outdoor couches for lounging on those hot Okanagan days. There are two oversized patio umbrellas and propane powered fire pit. It's a great place to lounge when the sun goes down with a glass of wine or beer.

The house was beautiful and La Casa was a great resort for adults and kids! The house and the deck were so great and we enjoyed eating outside every evening and using the firebowl. The house was generally well equipped and it was a great bonus to have some sports equipment like pickleball and golf clubs to use.Unfortunately, the beds were all uncomfortable, so we all struggled with that! But overall, the house was lovely, modern, and well furnished and the perfect location between the lake and the resort amenities. We walked to everything!The listing didn't include a few details people might find useful:- the master bedroom has a door right into the main bathroom. The main bathroom also has a second door into the main hallway.- the room with the bunk bed actually has multiple beds in it, not just a bunk and daybed. It has 2 sets of bunks, plus the daybed, so it's fine for all kids, but not ideal for adults. It's a shame there isn't a better double bed/bed configuration that room to make it easier for 3 couples to stay!- The other bathroom is on ground floor.Overall the house waa great! It's likely better for 2 couples with or without kids and not 3 adult couples. Jennifer was helpful and quick to reply and Warren the property manager was super nice and stopped by to say hi.We would definitely return, but maybe with fewer people so we don't have to use the third room, or if the bed configuration or mattresses changed! Overall a great place to stay at La Casa!

Week on the lake

House was great, fit 2 families, outside patio was great kids loved pools and pickle ball Only thing we couldn’t get was a boat slip so had to launch boat everyday but there was a nice one down the road and I would recommend a golf cart very tight for parking

Clean and relaxing

I’m new to VRBO, so checkin to property was difficult for me. Other than that, the property was clean, comfy and in a great location.

Will definitely return!

This property was exactly as advertised. It is very well appointed, not really needing to bring anything but food and clothes. The outdoor space is large, with tons of seating for your family. The community was welcoming, everyone very friendly. The amenities are fantastic, always something to do. The lake was refreshing on a hot day. The beach area is rocky, don’t forget your water shoes. The community sits on a steep hillside, be prepared to walk hills or rent a golf cart. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for everything, Jennifer and Dale.

Annual summer vacation

This was our third time visiting La Casa for our okanagan summer vacation. This home is located on the lower level closer to the marina which was perfect as we spent the majority of our time on the water, the pools are a close walk or drive if the kids are small. The home was finished beautifully with high end finishing throughout with the outdoor living area decked out in great patio furniture and privacy screens. Cooking was a breeze and all cutlery was provided and easily findable. If you’re planning a trip to this area I highly recommend renting this home as it really elevated our time here, we stayed with another family and both rooms for the adults were perfect and a bunk room easily accommodated our four kids with a wall mounted tv and Netflix. It really made our time on land comfortable. Thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful View

The property was really nice! location was 30 min out of Kelowna which is a bit inconvenient. No grocery store around. Beach for swimming was rocky and just a small area. Must upgrade!
