- Bright, new kitchen with professional gas range, retro fridge, open shelving and nespresso coffee machine
- Finished lower level with an easy walkout to the lake
- High speed internet
- Upper level patio with dining table and BBQ
About the Property:
- The property has a large, rocky point that slopes gently into the lake. Deep water for swimming of the point as well as a sandy beach for easy entry
- 2 single person kayaks, 1 double kayak to enjoy during your stay
- Nestled in a mixed forest offering wildlife sightings and all the privacy you need to enjoy
- Isabella Lake is island dotted and underdeveloped with half of the shoreline still in its natural untouched state
- Excellent for swimming, fishing, and all water sports. Ice fishing and cross country skiing on and around the lake in winter
- The Seguin River runs across the north of the lake offering amazing canoeing & kayaking
- Dock available if you bring your boat or sea-doo

- Close to the Village of Orrville offering a general store, bakery, community centre, library, the Seguin Recreational Trail (ATV & Snowmobiling), and a summer farmer's market
- 40 min to Killbear Provinvial Park
- 20 min to Georgian Nordic Ski Club
- Within 20-30 min of some of the best golf courses in the region including the Ridge at Manitou, Rocky Crest, Parry Sound Golf and Country Club, and Seguin Valley Golf Club
