Spacious and recently redecorated second-floor condo in 100-year-old building located in the heart of friendly Cape Charles. Step out the front door directly onto Mason Avenue. In whichever direction you turn, you are within an easy stroll of the delights that make Cape Charles the “Best Little Beach Town” in Virginia. The beach and fishing pier are 1.5 blocks to the right and the galleries, boutiques, eateries, and drinking spots are just steps away. Central Park with playground, tennis and pickle ball courts, and summertime Saturday night concerts is an easy walk. After a day of exploring, you will enjoy the comfort and space of this well-designed and beautifully furnished condo. There are two large bedrooms with new, luxurious bedding and two full baths. The Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, 2 closets,
and a large dresser. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen mattress on the bottom and an expanded twin mattress on top. (The weight limit for the top bunk is 150 pounds.) The second bedroom also has a large closet and a desk for those who need a quiet place to work. The bright and airy living area has windows on three sides and includes a sectional sofa to spread out on while you enjoy multiple viewing options on the Smart Roku TV or a large selection of games and puzzles. The well-equipped kitchen has an eat-in area with a table that comfortably seats 6, stainless steel appliances, and all the kitchen essentials you will need. There is a well-stocked coffee and tea bar with a Keurig and even more fun, a flip waffle maker! Step out the back door onto a large balcony with a table to enjoy meals or your coffee outside, and a lovely conversation area with a comfy sofa and glider chairs. Or head upstairs to the rooftop deck, the perfect spot to end your evening soaking in the stunning views of the sun setting over the Chesapeake Bay.

Everything you will need for a fun-filled beach vacation is here, including beach toys, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas, a large rolling cooler, and two cruiser bikes just waiting for you to explore Cape Charles.
