Hi there, we’re so glad you enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and wonderful amenities, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following:- Thank you for your feedback, we're working on adding a baking spatula and a kid-friendly stool after reading your comments.- The resort has recently introduced a mandatory $50 resort fee for each reservation, which includes a parking pass. We've taken steps to update this information in both our listing and pre-stay to ensure that all guests are aware before booking. However, this change occurred just two weeks before your reservation, which may not have been reflected at the time of your booking. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this oversight may have caused.- As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest.- We’d like to clarify that after inspecting the property, we found food left in the fridge, dirty dishes with food left on the counter and dining table, and the trash was left behind. Requesting guests to follow our checkout process is crucial in enabling us to provide more availability at the property, allowing us to provide back-to-back same-day turnarounds.We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for.
