We felt right at home...comfy sofa and chairs, plenty of room, comfy beds. We will stay here again!

Great Location and cozy Living

The location is great, for skiing is great, you cross the street and the lift is right there. The management is super responsive we had a couple of issues and got addressed really fast.

Will Always Stay Here

My wife and I have had the pleasure of staying here for our most recent ski trip. We are sure we won't want to stay anywhere else whenever we travel back to Telluride. The unit is extremely convenient in terms of getting to the lifts, the downtown area, a local grocery store and everything else one might need. Not only that, but the inside of the unit is perfect for a small group all the way up to larger families with needs for various bedrooms. It's very well decorated, well maintained and just feels like a ski lodge should feel. The owners of the unit are easy to get along with and extremely responsive.

Telluride Experience

Overall, we had a great vacation in Telluride and our rental was perfect for our group. The condo looked bigger in the pictures, but there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. The condition of the condo was a little lacking. When we first arrived, the condo was abnormally HOT due to the fireplace being left on by previous guests. Julie (property manager) was EXTREMELY helpful in this situation and found us a fan, opened the windows, and was very apologetic (it was so hot the TV, cable, and remotes were overheated and stopped working). While Julie was there, the 6 year old sat on a dining room chair that broke under his weight and he fell. Julie once again was amazing and apologized profusely for this situation. We needed to call Julie again because several of the window mechanisms were broke and some of the windows would not open or close. The condo was clean, but when we pay a $250 cleaning fee... I expected it to be spotless. Also, part of the contract was to remove shoes and no luggage pulled on the floor due to the hard woods (I can appreciate this rule because we have the same in our home), however the floors were very scratched when we arrived. In the pictures, the guest bedroom (top floor) has a TV, but in reality it does not have one. Once again, not a deal breaker but should be noted. There is only one parking space for the property, so if you are bringing more than one car please be advised (parking was easy to find). Overall, we had a great experience with minor hiccups along the way. Julie was AMAZING and we appreciated her GREATLY!

We know the start was not ideal and hope the remaining time proved to be a bit better. Again, our sincere apologies for the unusual events. Great place for families.

We had a great stay in this property. Plenty of room, lots of windows, easy access to everything. The management team was quick to respond to questions and concerns. The one thing that caught by surprise was there was no microwave in the unit. This didn't change our 5 star review, but it was a surprise.

Wonderful condo; awesome location!

We loved renting this unit. It was clean and well appointed and worked perfectly for our group of 6 adults. The location is fabulous: right next to Clark’s market and right next to chair number 7. Very short walk to town. It was awesome!

Great condo

This is wonderful condo. It has been recently updated and the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and sheets. We loved the location and were able to walk to town. There is a grocery store next to the condo. Very convenient. We had one small problem - the oven needs to be serviced; it is not working properly. Otherwise, a perfect condo.

Awesome condo!

This condo was perfect for our group! It's clean and cozy. There's plenty of space and an awesome kitchen and fireplace. We had a blast stay here and walking right to the chairlift, and then soaking in the hot tub after skiing. I'd definitely recommend this condo for any Telluride Travelers!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My son and I rented this town home for our Pre Christmas Ski trip. The unit was easy to access and was very clean and comfortable. Everything was top notch, the ground are well maintained and cleared of snow promptly. The only issue was the fireplace has cubby's with the Satellite box in it. The fireplace is too hot and the Sat unit turns off when it's too hot. the owners have attempted to put cooling fans inside the compartment but it's not effective. We did not watch very much TV so it wasn't an issue for us. The galloping goose bus stop is right across the parking lot with a pickup every 10 minutes, very convenient.

Beautiful Property

Loved this condo. Beautifully remodeled & great views of the mountains & the garden at the Telluride Lodge. Next door to grocery store & ski lift. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. Extremely clean & Georgie was super helpful with our questions. Would definitely come back!!

Fabulous condo, excellent location!

This is a beautifully remodeled condo located right in Telluride town. We did not use our car once we arrived. Grocery store next door & main street was an easy 5 minute walk away. Complex has expansive gardens for grilling & picnics. Highly recommended!!
