Relax at Lo Quay Callala Beach - 80m walk to 4kms of white sand! Pet friendly.
Lo Quay is a beautifully presented, pet friendly, fully fenced, 4 bed beach house on the main road of Callala beach, only a few strides from the clear waters of Callala Beach on Jervis Bay. It is extremely conveniently located a one minute walk from the main beach. One minute walk from the local coffee and take away shop, kids playground and three minute walk to the tennis courts. It is also situated between two boat ramps at Myola and Callala bay. There is plenty of off street parking for your boat and cars.
With four bedrooms - 1 main queen with on suite, 1 queen, 2 singles and 1 double bunk bed) this recently renovated holiday house is perfect for one or two families (max 4 adults and max 4 children).
There is a fully equipped kitchen or you can cook on the outside gas BBQ in a spacious fully fenced back garden. There is a pergola with a 8 seater outdoor setting for you to enjoy your brekky, lunch or dinner. On those rainy days enjoy the double garage entertainment area which has a small size pool table, table tennis table and dart board. There is also a trampoline for the kids in the back garden. Rise off after a day at the beach with an outdoor shower. There is a powerful aircon in the casual lounge kitchen and fans in each bedroom, to keep cool on those hot summer days .
This is also a perfect winter retreat where you can enjoy the gorgeous sunny winter days, walking on the beach and the chilly winter nights, enjoying a red wine in front of a large woodfire potbelly.
The property is fully fenced so your children can enjoy running around the huge back garden, plenty of space for a game of back yard cricket!
Lo Quay offers all the creature comforts of home with reverse aircon in the casual lounge, 2 large flat screen, digital TV with great reception, DVD player, play station 3 with some games, Wii and some board games in the casual lounge to entertain the kids. The main lounge has an even larger TV for those family movie nights or an evening adult retreat.
There is unlimited NBN- WiFi, to stream movies from your Netflix or Stan accounts or to do the odd bit of work remotely (hopefully not!). There is a brand new fully equipped kitchen including a Nepresso coffee machine , eye level oven and microwave, dishwasher and inside laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Area location and what to do:
Callala Beach is located an easy 2 1/2 hour drive south of Sydney and 3 hour drive from Canberra. It is one of the last sleepy coastal villages with very friendly locals. Surrounded by the best nature can offer in the form of a marine park and numerous national parks.
Great for tranquil getaways during the off season and loads of family fun during the school holiday month as the the village comes to life with the giggles of kids and barks of all shapes and sizes.
Callala Beach is renowned for its 4km stretch of beautiful white sand & clear blue waters and is a favourite spot for resident pods of dolphins and migrating whales. Nature is abundant, kangaroo spotting or bird watching with the wake up calls of kookaburra's, rosellas and a resident pair of sea eagles. Water sports is another enjoyable pass time.
Lo Quay has two boat ramps in close proximity, Myola (2min drive) and Callala Bay (5min drive). There is a great rock platform for fishing from the beach. Snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, boogie boarding are all very popular activities.
Walking on the beach, bush hikes, bicycle trails and off road cycling are all at your finger tips. The quiet streets and walk/cycle path to the bridge over Callala Creek is great for children to ride their bikes and walk the dogs. There is a grass tennis court that can be booked and a children' playground.
At the Callala Beach RSL try your hand at lawn bowls and for golf enthusiasts or hackers there is a 9 hole golf course where you can spot the Kangaroos. The RSL is a great place to meet and mingle with the locals and other holiday makers. The restaurant inside the RSL has a cheap and cheerful menu with large portion sizes and don't forget to buy a ticket for the meat tray raffle on Friday evenings.
Callala Beach has it own little Italian Restaurant that is dine in, takeaway or delivery and a Burger, Fish & Chip Shop. For extra groceries there is an IGA, butcher, bakery, coffee shop etc at Callala Bay shopping centre which is a short 5 min drive away.
This is a holiday spot not to be missed!

- unlimited Wifi (Disclaimer - we pay for this internet service and provide it to our guests in good faith, that the service provider will honour the provision of this internet service. However should there be outages/disruptions to the service or any damage to personal equipment, we will report the problem but take no responsibility or provide any refunds for this inconvenience).
- some complimentary Nespresso coffee pods (please also bring your own if you have
a preference in strength)
- and a complimentary bottle of wine per stay.
- We do have specials from time to time (advertised on our facebook page) and offer a discount to our return guests, please remind us when booking again.

PETS
Small well trained dogs allowed. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in carpeted areas of the house. Please ensure pets do not sleep on the couches or beds. Any damage caused, hair found on furniture and land doggy land mines left in the yard will incur an extra cleaning or damage charge. Dog bowls are provided but dog beds are not. (We can provide if you forget, so let me know). House is fully fenced and safe for your furry family members.
SECURITY
We have one security camera/spot light looking over the front driveway and back yard, which can be be switched off at the request of guests.
SMOKING
Please do not smoke inside the the house or the games room (garage). If you are a smoker, please use ashtrays provided outside and empty them at the end of your stay.
WHEN LEAVING:
Please return keys to the key box and place both yellow and red bins on the curb in front of the post box (pick up is on Tuesday)
