The villa has a gorgeous living area that has the unique feature of central cooling and opens onto the terrace and view. The American style kitchen is perfect for preparing gourmet meals and is well equipped for any chef to prepare 5* feasts. You have the choice of dining by the poolside or in the cool comfort of the dining area.

The expansive deck area features a heated pool, jacuzzi and a pool bar. There are plenty of seating areas with numerous hammocks and lounge chairs perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The villa has 6 fabulous bedrooms with the Master bedroom offering a king-size bed with views of the sea. The ensuite bathroom has an indoor and an outdoor shower as well as a bathtub so is really luxurious. There are three additional bedrooms that surround the terrace and are all ensuite also. The other two bedrooms have indoor access above the living area.

The many amenities include USB wall plugs, Japanese styled toilets, NUVO surround system inside and out, TV's in each room, 3 outdoor showers, voip phone, MAC computer, 2 firepits, on-beach sofas, security and mosquito repellant systems.

Events: Events are welcome at Villa C'est la Vie and they are on an ON REQUEST basis. The event fee includes the private use of the villa for a 24-hour period for the function set up, the event itself, and the clean-up afterward. They also include the services of one housekeeper and all utilities (electricity, water, gas). Accommodation and villa staff gratuities are not included. It is the responsibility of the guests and their event planner, to have the furniture removed, stored, and returned to enable the event to take place at the villa. Following please find pertinent details:

• Maximum cocktail: 150 people
• Maximum seated: 60 people
• 30,000$ event fee - In the instance when the function takes place during the guest's weekly vacation rental the event rate will be reduced to $25,000.00
• 10,000$ refundable security deposit
