The Space:
You will be far from the busy buzz and will be in the heart of peace and quiet. This apartment will help you to have the relaxation that you have been looking for.

Walking in, the first thing on your right will be the open kitchen—stove, microwave, fridge, cookware, dishes and silverware, washer, and anything that can help you in preparing your meals or doing the laundry.

In front of the kitchen is the bathroom that has all the necessities you need for your stay. Soft towels are provided with shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel for a pleasant stay.

There is also a dining area where two people seats comfortably. A workspace is also available when you simply want to browse on your laptop. Relax on the nifty rocking chair as well!

There's also a wardrobe for your belongings to make you feel more at home. The sitting area is composed of a comfy couch convertible into an extra bed and a centre table. Across the couch is a flat-screen TV resting on a TV rack console.

There is also a petite dresser with a mirror for your scarf, necktie or any accessories, making it seem like a vanity table for when you need to get ready for going around Dubai.

The king-sized bed is near the balcony and has wonderful views of the golf course and neighbourhood. Identical bedside tables are placed on both sides.

Stepping out on the balcony will give you some fresh air. You can hangout there if you'd like, and you can do so if you share a drink or two with a loved one.

This apartment has all you need and more to add to a wonderful vacation that you have been looking forward to having.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the pool, gym, kid's play area, and parking.

The Neighborhood:
Sports City is a vibrant and green area of Dubai with multiple events happening throughout the year. There are different sport complexes located there, namely the Dubai International Stadium (cricket stadium), Spanish Soccer Schools, ICC Academy, Rugby Park (rugby stadium), and the The Els Club Golf Course (golf park).

This apartment is situated right on the canal so you can choose from one of the many restaurants and cafes right below to enjoy your meals as you admire the water views.

People can indeed enjoy being in this community because even if it is secluded to let you stay away from the buzz of the busy Dubai, things you need are still within a walking or (a few minutes of) driving distance.

Getting Around:
The parking is available if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a bus, tram, or train, there is a nearby bus where Bus F34 goes to the Dubai Internet City that has both a bus stop and a train station. Getting on a train can bring you from one end of Dubai to another. It’s also connected to the tram system that can bring you around JBR, Marina, Media City, etc. and even around Palm Jumeirah as the tram system is also linked to the monorail that goes around Palm Jumeirah.

Motor City Shopping Centre is about 10 minutes away by car. City Centre Me'aisem is around 15 minutes by car.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
