A built-in twin bunk bed in the hall is perfect for extra guests, and access to the balcony with outdoor seating is ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. 🔹PARKING:
The driveway can easily fit up to 4 cars. For extra parking, please use the designated spots in the community near the mailboxes. To ensure clear access for all, kindly refrain from blocking streets or sidewalks.

Sea Dreaming is only a 3-minute golf cart ride away, with a COMPLIMENTARY six-person street-legal golf cart provided ($175 daily value). Park in the spacious lot by Pompano Joe's beach access, which offers an ADA service ramp, restrooms, and showers. If you prefer to walk, it's a simple 7-minute stroll.

Make the most of your time at the beach with stunning sunsets, white sands, happy hour drinks, beach chair and shade rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, and more! Additional details and service links are included in your welcome email.

🌴 THE COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE​​​​​​​:

Sea Dreaming is located in the exclusive, private community of The Retreat at Miramar. Guests have full access to the luxurious community pool (heated starting Nov. 15), open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. The pool area features relaxing lounge chairs on the deck, and multiple covered, cushioned couches where you can unwind in comfort. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, the grilling pavilion is equipped with Green Egg charcoal grills and ample counter space, along with large dining tables poolside for group meals.

Additionally, you can enjoy picnic tables by the tranquil pond, and a scenic walking path that surrounds the water, perfect for a peaceful stroll. Stay entertained with big screen TVs in the lounge area, and take advantage of the Men's and Women's restrooms, outdoor shower, and sand wash-off stations to freshen up after a day at the beach. Hydration is easy with convenient drinking fountains available throughout the community.

Guests are also invited to fish in the serene community pond (catch and release), adding even more leisure to your retreat. Whether you're relaxing by the pool or enjoying the natural surroundings, The Retreat at Miramar provides the ultimate getaway experience.

After thriving as a custom home builder in Colorado for 15 years, Chris Harper and his family moved to the stunning Emerald Coast. It was here that Destin Dreamers was born. Our dedicated team is available on-site daily or reachable via call or text from 8 AM to 5 PM, six days a week, with support for emergencies on Sundays and after hours.
