Beach and bush views

Timbara is a short flat 5 minute walk to two beaches, one of which is dog friendly.
We have 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and have an open plan living area with a large alfresco deck with lovely views across the bay.
We are located in Surfside which is a quiet part of town and are a short 20 minute walk into the CBD on a cement footpath and over the new bridge.
We have a Mini IGA with a bottle shop a short 5-minute walk away.
We are on a large securely fenced 850 sqm block of land which is completely flat and offers loads of car parking and boat storage space.

We have an all inclusive rate which includes cleaning and linen and our linen is provided by Blissfull Bedding

Tranquil setting

Overall our stay was very pleasant and the holiday house felt like home. The kids were entertained with the variety of board games as well as the many activities. The balcony setting was also our favourite spot during meal times and watching the sunsets. This was a very enjoyable holiday and we look forward to returning again.

Great family and pet accommodation

We had the best time at Michelle’s property, it’s so closeto the beach for the dogs, kayaking and paddle boarding.Michelle provides everything you could want on a holiday, we wish we had longer to stay and will definitely come back.

Relaxing stay

Really enjoyed our stay at Surfside. The home is lovely and well equipped for families. We also loved the big backyard and being able to bring our dog along. Very close to Batemans Bay with so many swimming spots nearby. Would love to stay again one day!

Central location

Would recommend and would stay here again. Very well stocked with essentials which was a pleasant surprise. My one recommendation would be for the place to have a deep clean.

The best holiday ever

Beautiful - our favourite part was being able to take my elderly mother and her little dog! The dog beach was so close and we spent hours there each day!

Modern house in convenient location

The house is newly renovated and very well provisioned. The o oh issue for us was that The master bedroom had a damp smell which unfortunately triggered my asthma.

Spacious, well-equipped home close to dog beach

Everything you need!

A lovely newish/newly refurbished property close to shops, the beach and spots to fish. We found everything we needed at the property to make ourselves at home and relax for a few days. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Away

A wonderful house will all the modern conveniences. Very clean. Linen/bath towels provided makes the stay easy for a quick departure. Loved the huge deck and watching the sunset. Only downside was the backyard was not dog proofed due to neighbour taking down their shed. Michelle was very empathetic and came up with some solutions to keep our dogs contained. Would recommend to family and friends to stay. We had a wonderful long weekend. Thanks Michelle!

Great deck with view!!

Timbara was lovely. Great view of the water and a fantastic outside deck serving as another living area. Sadly the house could have had a bit more of a deep clean, and there was only 1 toilet roll and 1 tea towel upon our arrival. We believe there may have also been an animal living in the roof or chimney. Garden was nice and secure for our dog and the pantry was well stocked with staples (+ more). It really was however a perfect 1 week holiday for our family this summer.

This property has everything you need. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, amazing views, walk to the beach. Michelle the property owner was incredible. I would give this holiday home a 10/10.

Wonderful stay right on the beach!

We had a wonderful experience in Michelle’s home. The property was directly across from the dog beach which our doggies LOVED! Michelle was easily contactable and responded straight away if we had any questions. The house was very clean with all the amenities that we needed! We spent very relaxed evenings on the beautiful deck, overlooking the beach. Thank you Michelle for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Family Getaway Destination!

The house is in a central location and is situated in a quiet street. It had all the amenities you could want. The luxury of a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, wood heater (with wood supplied) and coffee machine was fabulous! As a Family of Six, the selection of board games entertained us at night. The balcony with a magnificent view, BBQ and Outdoor Seating was magical and enjoyable morning, noon and night. Michelle communicated with us before, during and after our stay. She was very lovely and helpful and answered any questions I had within 24hours. The information leaflets and menus at the house were very handy and informative. Baz from the Surfside Grocery/Takeaway Shop (in walking distance) cooks the best burgers you will ever eat, the battered fish was just next level delicious, has the yummiest milkshakes and decadent Caramel Slices. Plus he stocks all your grocery/alcohol necessities at a reasonable and competitive price. We would highly recommend you stay at this house - you will not be disappointed!!

We love our house at Surfside, its our home away from home when we are not farming down in central NSW. We try and get down to the Bay whenever we can but are unable to use it during the summer as this is our busy time on the farm.

Surfside is nice and quiet, we love the feeling of space as we are on a large block of land. We like the bush at our back door and the beach at the front, and being able to walk into town to go out for brunch or dinner.

Definetly our large alfresco living area, however we do have a fully secure large back yard, which is perfect for your pets and access to a large council reserve which is is outside our back gate.
