Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "The Big Awesome" and "The Bigger Awesome" - 12 modern and classically renovated 2-bedroom/1-bathroom and 1-bedroom/1-bath furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street. Your condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium-sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $55.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make the necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Home away from home

We lived 4 days in a 1 bedroom BCA apartment, when moving our daughter to SCAD dorm for her first year. Every detail in kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room were thought off. We were able to cook breakfast, enjoy evenings with Netflix, pretty close to SCAD, everything in Midtown. The communication is great, too. We will definitely stay here whenever we come back for our daughter. Thank you Team BCA Response: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The place to stay, no question!

We have come to Atlanta for 6 years for baseball tourneys for our boys and have stayed in places other than hotels but without a doubt this has been the most comfortable, clean and truly amazing stay to date! We cannot give a single thing that wasn't top notch! Very comfortable place….I will forever praise and if I come back this is my new must stay! Great place to stay neat Shepherd Center

The apartment is well designed, but please repair the concrete near the door Team BCA Response: Thank you for letting us know about the crack in the concrete. Luckily, we know that the crack is not doing any damage to the building nor preventing anyone from using the steps. We do want the outside of the building to match our well-designed interiors and our maintenance team is working on a resolution.

Lovely Apartment

I overall very much enjoyed my stay with BCA furnished apartments! I thought the apartment itself was lovely. I loved the privacy and location of the apartment. It was well furnished and made me feel like home while I was there. I already voiced some of my check in complaints and those do not need to be dwelt on. My apartment had some cleanliness issues. My duvet cover in the master bedroom had some strange stains on it that I only noticed about a week after I began my stay. I hand washed it and I believe they are removed now, but it was still a little icky. Some of the pots and the baking sheet also had some stains and such on them. Again I tried to wash them and I believe they are as clean now as possible. These are relatively small issues though. I mostly enjoyed everything. Great long term stay

Working out of town can be difficult when you can't find the right place to stay, but the BCA team and their properties made it feel like I was right at home.
