This lovely house located in the great location of Williams Landing. Whether a short getaway or extended stay, this house delivers a homely experience for all guests, with space to unwind, entertain and connect.
An open kitchen and living area with plenty space for everyone, the kitchen is fully equipped.
2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, 5 bedrooms with 5 queen beds and 3 single beds plus one sofa bed, sleep up to 14 guests. Luxury quality mattresses ensure you have a good night`s sleep. House is always in a sparkling clean condition.
• The garage is not available to park in, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage and the cleaners` workshop.
• Guest parking is available at the front on the driveway or off street parking.
You`ll find the main contact number in your reservation email.
• No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
• Instant booking with no reviews please send request first.
• Government-issued ID may be required.
• STRICT NO PARTY/NO EVENT POLICY.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Please respect the noise curfew. Please remain quiet between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
• Please switch off the A/C and lights when you go out.
• Please pull the garbage bins out to the nature strip near the kerb by the night before collection day (details of bin collection will be stated at the property).
• Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
• Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
• Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me.
• We are committed to making your stay as happy, enjoyable, welcoming and as comfortable as possible.
We trust you will help us maintain the quality of the property for yourself and future guests by following these below PET GUIDELINES. Charges & immediate vacation may be incurred should these guidelines not be followed.
WELL BEHAVED DOGS ARE MOST WELCOME, HOWEVER,
* Dogs are most welcome in the floored areas. Please do not allow your dog into any carpeted areas or on rugs.
* Dogs are strictly prohibited from entering the unit unattended, wet or dirty.
* We ask that dogs which shed heavily remain in the yard as much as possible. Please remove any traces of dog hair from carpets or rugs etc. before vacating the property.
* Under NO circumstances is your dog to be left inside the property while you are away. They may stay in the enclosed rear yard but NEVER in the house. Even the most well-behaved dogs have become destructive or distressed in unfamiliar surrounds.
* Please, do not allow your dog to bark, if we receive complaints from neighbours you will be required to stay with your dog at all times or take your dog home if it cannot be controlled. We are under strict instruction from local council and do not want to upset neighbours.
* Dogs are strictly prohibited from using the bedding or furniture. Please bring your own bedding or mat and equipment - bowl, lead etc. * Dogs are not allowed on any couches or beds at any time.
* If our cleaners need to clean up after your pets, excess cleaning fees will need to be passed on to you – this may include replacement of linen if it is found your pets have been inside on any beds, and any extra furniture treatments necessary, so please allow the extra time to tidy up well before you leave and ensure they stay off furnishings & beds during your stay.
* A dry-cleaning charge may apply if dog hair needs to be removed from bedding or upholstery.
* If holes are found in window or door screens from dogs scratching you will need to cover replacement of the screens. Please ensure your dog does not scratch doors or screens. Scratch marks on doors will also incur replacement charges.
As a pet owner please be responsible for your dog`s behaviour & well-being, even the calmest dogs can easily become distressed in strange environments.
* Please do not wash your dog in the shower.
* Please ensure you clean up any little surprises around the garden! It is not fair for the housekeepers or next guests to have to do this.
* A 2-pet limit is imposed in the house without a specialised permit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* Instant booking with no reviews please sends request first.
* Booking with no reviews, we ask for a government photo ID like a driver`s licence or passport to verify your legal name and so on.
* No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
* Guest is strictly forbidden for any parties or event held in the property, if we found any house rules are broken by the guests, host will have the rights to request guest to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately with penalty fines for any lost or damages causes in the property or the building.
* Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Must remain quiet after 10 pm and before 8am. You will be evicted immediately if we are called out because of noise complaints, disruptive behaviour or disturbance with no refund of rent and your security bond.
* Please leave the property in clean & tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchen after use it, otherwise $60 applied. Over and above general cleaning charges will be deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused.
* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerbside on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details stated at the property). * Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
* Please keeping the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Remember return the house key to the lock box at check-out.
* Parking is on the driveway or street parking, free and unlimited. There is a 24H security camera at the front of the house.
* Guest’s age must be over 30. This means that someone who is under the age limits cannot book a stay for themselves.
