Suite 109 es una suite de planta baja con impresionantes vistas del lago Charlevoix. Esta unidad ofrece un dormitorio con una cama king size y un baño con una combinación de bañera / ducha. La suite 109 tiene una cocina equipada con platos y utensilios, todo listo para comidas en la suite. La mesa de comedor puede acomodar hasta cuatro personas. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama doble, una chimenea de gas y un televisor de pantalla plana. La puerta corrediza de vidrio se abre a un patio privado con vista a nuestra playa privada.

Nice place with a beautiful view. Enjoyed the beach and being able to walk into downtown for all the shops and activities. Hope to stay here again some time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. Right downtown Boyne City. Unit is directly on Lake Charlevoix. Unit 109 is first floor so we walk right out to beach. Very clean. No issues except unit could stand updating. Everything in working order just furnishings are dated. We stayed over a weekend and maintenance spent the entire weekend trimming trees and bushes. Loud equipment ruined any quiet time on the beach or patio. Should have been scheduled for midweek.

Great Stay

Very clean place, a bit outdated but didn't change our experience. Staff was very courteous and helpful and the view from the room was excellent! It was also just a few minutes walk to all the stores and restaurants

Totally dated furnishings.

Furniture was purchased used when the building was built. One towel for two days? Terrible coffee service. The shampoo and body gel were literally the size of a thimble.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Michigan and the Water Street Inn is at a great location. There are nice views of the lake and marina and it is within walking distance of town. Unfortunately, this unit is dark and dated. The bedroom window opens onto the back of the checkin office with a sidewalk right there. The only remaining light source is the sliding glass door on the backside. The managers were friendly and helpful. We rented boats and bikes and had perfect weather. There is a nice coffee shop right across the street and around the corner.

Location Location Location

This unit was super clean as is the whole property and very well managed. It has a million dollar view of Lake Charlevoix that more than makes up for the outdated well worn furniture and decor. The pull out bed in the living room is not comfortable for adults but probably totally fine for kids. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. I came from Texas so even though the weather was cool and cloudy most days it was a welcome break from the Texas heat.

Just what we needed!

We took a chance and stayed here based on a recommendation from a friend. We were so happy with the whole experience! The room with private patio and water view were just what we needed for a relaxing get away. We’ll definitely go back!

Beach Perfection with Outdated Living

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As locations go, this couldn’t have been more ideal to just open the door and walk onto the beach. However, we were so disappointed to find such outdated...well, everything. Considering the price, some quick and easy changes would go a long way to freshen up the space, such as removing the wallpaper and painting a lighter color. Also some general maintenance was needed throughout like tightening outlet covers and the one behind the headboard could start a fire so we unplugged the lamp. While my kids thought the sleeper sofa was great, it has definitely seen better days and had very little padding left on the mattress. So while the beach is wonderful and steps away from the unit, the living quarters are subpar for the cost but with new furniture and a fresh coat of paint it could easily warrant a 5-star review.
