Suite 107 es una planta baja, suite completamente remodelada con impresionantes vistas del lago Charlevoix. Esta unidad ofrece un dormitorio con una cama king size y un baño. Suite 107 tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con magníficas encimeras de granito listas para preparar comidas. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama de matrimonio, chimenea de gas de registro, y un televisor de pantalla plana. La puerta corrediza de vidrio se abre a un patio que tiene acceso directo a nuestra playa privada, y el centro está a solo unos pasos de distancia.

Glass doors open to beautiful lake view. Small grassy area before stepping down only a few stairs allows for a little separation from the beach, allowing for a private area yet easy access and views of the lake. We enjoyed the location as it’s right downtown, an easy walk to restaurants and shops yet this condo is nestled into a private corner of the town. My only complaint would be the very limited hours of the complex office. We were left notes, and phone numbers were available but having someone in the actual office would have been helpful.

We were so hot and tired from traveling we were so happy this ground level condo allowed us to just put our suits on and run out from the patio and jump in the lake.

Beautiful Accomodations & Beautiful Area

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Boyne City & we were very pleased with our accomodations. The condo itself was immaculate as far as cleanliness. The supplies were sufficient, regarding extra bedding, kitchen utensils, toilet paper, etc. And the abundance of night lights throughout the place was very much appreciated, as I always travel with my own just in case! Having two TVs was also an unexpected perk. However, it would have been nice if the bedroom TV remote worked the receiver box as well as turning the TV on & off (I had to manually turn the TV on & off). I did mention this to the reception area along with the microwave light bulb being burned out. Neither of the two things were fixed upon our departure. Unfortunately, our only negative thing to comment on is the bed. We've traveled quite extensively throughout the US as well as abroad & we've never had such an uncomfortable king sized bed as this one was. It was the equivalent to sleeping on a concrete floor with a 2 inch cushion between us & the floor. Given this is why I'm giving our rating 3 out of 5 stars in the "satisfied with your stay" rating. Aside from the bed issue, the unit as well as the entire grounds were in pristine condition as well as appearance.
