Great Vacation Spot!

Condo was very nice, clean and exactly as pictured. Property management group was fantastic throughout the stay, including before arrival and providing updates throughout (eg code for new locks on building - other guests with different property management groups hadn't received these updates). A couple minor fix-ups needed and better water pressure would be beneficial. We would definitely stay on this unit again - wish we were still there now!

All in all condo is very old needs to have total renovation, the facia of the roof in garage is falling down and was being held up by 4x4s near pool. We had a painting in the living room which had no picture on it, a lot of dust and dirt beneath bed and dressers in master bedroom, lackluster cleaning. Management did replace kitchen faucet which was old and worn out.

Loved the location and the condo. Swimming pool heater broken, water of course was cold. Heater finally replaced third week we were there and water was bearable last our 5th and last week. NO REFUND

Love Madeira Beach, loved this condo.

Love Madeira Beach. Have stayed several times. This condo is very nice. Don’t like the new bar that moved in. We come for peace and quiet, not loud bar music on the beach.

The property was nice. Great beach access. Unfortunately it started off Ricky as we were never given a code for the elevator. I had to call the property manager who was not helpful. He did finally give us a code for the stairwell so we were finally able to access our condo. I found out the elevator code from a person who was staying there. The rental company should make sure you have everything you need to access a unit.

Cute place!

Very nice unit in an older building that is perfectly sufficient. The pool area is nice and the beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. Just a few families even at peak season. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite was Pete’s Poke and Sushi. Would stay here again!

Vacation with the grands

Condo is Exactly as shown in the picture. Modern, and beautifully kept. The elevator broke down a couple times on our first day but was fixed promptly. I was told there would be an iron on the property. There was no iron when we arrived but one and an ironing board was brought to me within the hour. The only thing I would complain about is visitor spaces. As a tenant you are required to have a visitor pass in your window, but it appeared many cars were parked illegally with no pass and no one monitored this nor towed vehicles as it was posted. This caused a problem for us because we had two cars.

Spring getaway

All the beds were comfortable. The oversized balcony was perfect. Location is great; walkable to many things. Oh and the best surprise for us was the brand new Caddy's right next door. We grabbed drinks during our beach time, sat and had a meal a few times and even grabbed appetizers to go several times that week. The convenience of it was perfect. The beaches at Madeira are top notch so you can't go wrong. Hoping this review doesn't stop me from finding availability in the future lol.Only con for us was the key required for the beach and the pool. Maintenance needs to change it to a number pad.

Great Winter Getaway

The location was perfect and the beachfront was amazing. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. However, the kitchen needs more items - at least a wine opener! It was nice having a heated pool and covered parking. The residents weren't overly welcoming - we got a reprimand note when we left a pair of shoes outside our door. Overall, we would recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo for about a month this December 2020. The condo has a absolutely beautiful view and the location is great. We love the beach and John’s Pass. The beds are comfy to sleep in. Overall loved this place. While the kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and dishes, there are a few things that it needs. Renters should also know that this building is a little bit older (we had issues with the elevator) - these owners have done a great job updating most of the condo. The decor is beautiful.

Wonderful

From the decor to sunsets the condo was wonderful. The beach felt private and the location was central to everything we wanted to do. I will definitely rent here again. Only thing I would change is to have a blow dryer, hangers and beach towels available or let us know in advance they wouldn’t supply these things. The management company did not return my call and when I called a second time wasn’t helpful. I’ve dealt with this management company in the past for other rentals and they were responsive so it was disappointing. Despite this I loved the place and would rent again.

Beautiful Madeira Beach stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Arena de Madeira with our family of five! It was our first time visiting the area and we were not disappointed. The unit is exactly as pictured - updated, tastefully decorated, and clean! The tvs are all set for you to input your own Samsung, Netflix, and Prime accounts to be able to watch your shows/movies. Internet connection was flawless and quick. We had a few minor maintenance issues which were resolved promptly. We were able to reach Resort Rentals (even after hours once) and they were always friendly and helpful. The unit was stocked with tons of bath and hand towels which was great. The closet space is impressive, but there weren't any hangers which caused a bit of an inconvenience but only a small one. You can definitely unpack and feel at home for a long stay. There were very basic supplies in the kitchen which were adequate and of good quality but could be improved to make it a full stocked kitchen (i.e. strainer, cutting boards, tongs, oven mitts). All of the beds were very comfortable which isn't always the case with a vacation rental. We were very pleased with that! Also, the covered parking and storage bin by the beach for chairs and beach toys was an unexpected surprise. The beach and heated pool were beautiful and relaxing - all that we hoped for! We definitely hope to visit again in the future. There is literally nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing and to wake up to a beautiful sunny beach! We are hooked!
