This spacious and modern 3-level vacation rental offers you a private back patio with a private plunge pool (up to 5ft deep), BBQ-grill, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor dining table to enjoy Aruba's year-round summer weather. Additionally, the large private rooftop terrace has a sun-filled seating area and 2 chaise lounges, to complete your perfect outdoor deluxe vacation home away from home.

The living area is located on the first floor with a large fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area plus an in-room washer and dryer, a 6-seat dining table, 2 sofa-beds (a double size and a single size mattress), a large smart TV, a half bathroom, and access to the back patio with a swimming pool.

Both bedrooms of this townhouse are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a walk-in closet that connects you to the primary en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with about 1,490 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space. Air Conditioning in the living area and each bedroom, a code-lock safety box, free wireless internet in the unit and at the resort pool, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), beach chairs, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. Sleeps 7 guests in 2 beds and 2 sofa-beds.

The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
