The Space:

Soft winter air settles over the Upper Village as you make your way toward this quiet Whistler retreat, where the steady rhythm of the Blackcomb Gondola and snow-lined paths frame each day. Evenings feel especially inviting as you return from the cold to the glow of the indoor fireplace and the calm of a two-level condo designed for relaxed, fireside moments. With mountain scenery just beyond the windows, this space offers a peaceful setting for a ski-focused stay.



The Space

Located within Glacier Lodge, this two-bedroom condo provides a comfortable base close to ski access near the Blackcomb Gondola, placing you steps from snowy trails and the heart of the Upper Village. Large windows draw in natural light and views of the surrounding forest, while the private balcony lets you step outside for crisp mountain air. Across both levels, the atmosphere blends alpine character with everyday comforts suited to winter days spent outdoors and quiet nights inside.



Sleeping arrangements

The main level features a primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and private balcony access, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a glass-enclosed shower. Upstairs, an open loft bedroom overlooks the living space and offers a king-split bed that can be arranged as two twins or one king, plus a TV. A second full bathroom on the main level includes a bathtub-shower combination, providing space to unwind after long hours on the mountain.



Living spaces

The open living area is centered around the indoor fireplace, creating a warm gathering point for slow mornings or restful evenings after fresh snowfall. The adjacent dining table seats six, and the winter views throughout the space enhance the cozy, alpine feel. Whether you are settling in with a warm drink or getting ready for another day on the slopes, the layout supports easy, relaxed movement between each area.



Kitchen and dining

A fully equipped kitchen offers the essentials for preparing simple breakfasts or hearty dinners. Its open design keeps you connected to the dining and living areas, making it easy to cook, converse, and enjoy the fireside setting.



Amenities and comforts

You will have WiFi, a dedicated workspace, heating, portable fans, bathroom essentials, and access to a washer and dryer. Entertainment includes TVs in the living area and both bedrooms. The building provides equipment storage, a small courtyard with outdoor furniture, shared laundry facilities, and multiple parking options including free street parking, paid parking on premises, and free parking garage access on premises. The shared pool and two hot tubs are closed from June 2025 to December 2026.



Outdoor living and location

The private balcony offers a peaceful spot to breathe in the winter air, while the walkable surroundings lead you through the Upper Village to cafés, shops, and forested trails. The Fitzsimmons route guides you toward Whistler Village in about ten minutes on foot, and nearby paths extend toward Lost Lake for snowy explorations.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Glacier Lodge is located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in Whistler’s Upper Village, offering unbeatable proximity to the Blackcomb Gondola, shops, and restaurants. Step out directly onto the Upper Village stroll and enjoy easy access to Whistler Village, Lost Lake Park, and the Valley Trail. The area combines alpine charm with convenience, making it ideal for visitors who want to be close to the slopes and village life.

• 10-minute walk to Whistler Village Gondola

Other Things to Note:

• No in-suite laundry. Shared washer and dryer facilities are available within the building.

• Parking is available, but not included. Parking is available for an additional fee of $25 per day.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, and were appreciative of the communication and hospitality of the property manager and guest services. The location is really close to the Blackcomb gondola. We loved the hot tubs and the heated pool. The on-site laundry worked perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.

Womderful Stay

We loved our stay here. The seperate loft space was great for the kids and the overall size of the unit was excellent. The heated pool and hottubs were a relief after the long days on the slopes. Whistler village is a short walk away when you want to get to the livelier shopping, restaurants, or bars. Blackcomb is definitely quieter at night which we preferred. Portobello restaurant is the highlight food spot for take out dinners. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely time on the Blackcomb side

Great condo on the Blackcomb side, away from the busy Whistler village, but still walking distance to everything. It was a hot week and there isn’t any a/c so the extra fans were much appreciated. The kitchen was fully equipped and the balcony was nice. Pool and hot tub area was very popular! We loved our stay,

Perfect alternative for conference at the Fairmont!

This lofted 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite was a perfect alternative for a conference a friend and I were attending at the Fairmont - we joked that we had less steps back to our suite than some staying at the hotel! It is across the brick path with restaurants nearby, a liquor store and a spa. Loved having extra room in this updated suite for less than the price of a room at the hotel! Very comfortable!

Great condo in Glacier Lodge, Upper Village

We are fans of Glacier Lodge in the Upper Village (location, pool, units, etc.) and this condo did not disappoint. We were traveling with our 13yo daughter and her friend and the layout was perfect. The girls had the loft and the full bath to themselves and we had the generous sized master with a very comfortable king bed and smaller ensuite bath to ourselves. The kitchen, dining and living areas were comfortable/nicely decorated and there was plenty of storage. The only downside to the condo was that the loft was a bit warm due to the gorgeous weather and no AC in unit. Fans were provided and the girls managed just fine. We would gladly book this condo again. Thank you!

Great Stay

Great family Option.

The Glacier Lodge has a great location on the Blackcomb side of the mountain, staff was helpful with storage of equipment. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures, well kept and renovated. ( dishes and tub and showers could have been a little cleaner on arrival) Assorted soaps, detergents, cleaning supplies were provided. Cable TV and Internet worked very well.

Great Place!

Perfect location, very nicely appointed. Super happy with our stay. FYI the instructions upon entry could be a little clearer - and the front desk isn\'t super helpful. It\'s not exactly a hotel, though, so just temper expectations for that. We did lose heat for about twelve hours on the coldest day of the year - it was fixed but that was a little bummer!

Great location

This location is great; the suit was also very comfortable for us 2 adults and 2 teens. We stayed for 15 nights. Improvements needed I. The following: very poor vacuum cleaner, dishwasher kept leaving white film on all the dishes despite using jet dry; no laundry machine in suite; laundry was $3 each for washing/dryer a bit steep in my opinion. suite did have a bit of a funny smell maybe mold in the kitchen area??? Also some of the walls were very dirty and lot of water mark/residues on the shower doors. I also didn’t like all the extra pillows/cushions and throws -not hygenic for me.
