Sea Oats Cottage es un refugio frente al océano de cinco dormitorios y 4. 5 baños.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is well equipped and nicely decorated/renovated. It was clean and perfectly located within the island. However, it is listed as an oceanfront home and even though there isn't a home in front of it, there is a road, albeit very close to the beach, but also a big dune. When sitting on the front porch from the main living area, all you see is a dune. You will see a nice view from one bedroom upstairs, but it's a bedroom porch. I think it needs to be noted in the description. One other suggestion is having a queen bed in the twin room upstairs would be very helpful, leaving only one room with twins. I would recommend this property if you don't care about the view or the twins in two rooms. Other than that, very nice stay.

Evenwe’ve been coming since 2017 for 2 weeks on each visit. We love the fully equiped kitchen and the glorios view from the Master bedroom. We treat itas our own. though we had several aggravations early, we have really enjoyed our two week stay. The weather was great, along with the expansive views of the ocean. We also loved the evening sunsets and the magnificent blue moon. WPP was great in responding to our issues.

We are the owners of Sea Oats cottage. This winter we did a lot of routine maintenance to make the house safer and better. Touch up paining, replacing some boards, and other small things like that. The golf carts were given a full inspection and going over and are ready to go. Our happy place is all ready for the season. We miss it when we are gone! We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

House is lovely with great views. Only complaint was the construction on the beach. Huge ugly pipes and bulldozers going up and down the beach even on a Sunday. We called to ask why this information was not disclosed as it had been going on for months we found out. WWP said they were not aware of the situation which was absurd as the agents are spotted on the island constantly. I also saw reviews from other visitors complaining which I googled after we arrived. We felt the rental should have been discounted but were told they could not do anything. At a minimum the situation should have been disclosed when we booked as I spoke with wwp asking specific questions about the rental.

A most wonderful and cozy seaside cottage. This home feels like home and is adorned from floor to ceiling with a casual elegance that works. Sea Oats Cottage has everything and then some that one would ever need for a week at the ocean. This home has the best equipped kitchen of any home that we’ve ever rented. The beach going accessories are also in abundance(there is a Shubumi that we discovered too late). From the excellent front porch and other outdoor sitting areas, the views of the ocean, that special Bald Head Island light that fills this beautiful home with such a radiant glow, Sea Oats Cottage excels perfectly at every level. A most enjoyable and memorable week spent with friends on BHI in this lovely home. Thank You!

Labor day stay

Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th year on the island we have never had an issue with the houses being dirty until this year. The shelves were filthy and dog hair under tables. The cleaning crew forgot to clean up trash on the balcony also. One golf cart had terrible breaks and the other was hard to drive due to tightness in steering wheel. The beds were very comfortable but bedding was awful it did not fit the bed so sheets were coming untucked all week.

We found the house to be clean and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable week away. The kitchen was well outfitted and we used the grill a lot and ate out on the amazing deck to enjoy the ocean view. We had several small dogs with us and were so happy that the property was pet friendly. The location can't be beat, perfect for a family that has small kids- just a 2 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back and rent this property again! Thank you
