Centrally located and positioned on the beautiful Meadowstone Dr, this home offers a large open plan living/dining and modern kitchen with 3 spacious bedrooms and large sun-drenched deck.
Come and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this lovely,3 bedroom home Mountain Views from Meadowstone. There is plenty of space to unwind in the comfort of a real home away from home. The kitchen is modern and stocked with all the modern facilities you need for a comfortable stay. This opens out onto the large open plan dining & living room. Throw open the french doors and step out onto the large sunny deck to enjoy the well-fenced garden and hear the bird song. The 3 large bedrooms equipped with 2 x queens and 2 x singles offer warmth & comfort.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to provide infant bedding for this property, so please consider this when considering booking.
Please note, Airbnb does not consider infants to be guests (when counting numbers) and will allow you to book this property if any infants accompanying you take your guest numbers to higher than 6 guests. Unfortunately, our council regulations prohibit us from exceeding this number, including infants. If you do book for more than 6 guests, infants included, we will unfortunately need to cancel your booking and you will need to incur any fees we get charged.
You will have access to the entire property.
We will leave you to enjoy your stay in privacy. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend as we live in the area.
Meadowstone is a beautifully established supurb of Wanaka. It is safe, quiet and treelined with beautiful established gardens and lots of bird song. Mountain Views from Meadowstone is a short 15 minute walk to Wanaka`s town center, cafes, restaurants,most activities and the lakefront & children`s playground is only 400 m from home, from here you can enjoy the uninterrupted views of the majestic Southern Alps.
Please note that we do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years. The primary guest making the booking must meet this minimum age, though accompanying guests may be younger.
There is a port-a-cot with mattress in the bedroom wardrobe which you are welcome to use, but please note - WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINEN FOR THIS.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

If you need some advice on planning your trip or what do do when here give her a call. She does hope you can have at least 3 nights to really make the most of what Wanaka has to offer, slow down and have a relax.
