Ya sea que te guste pescar, hacer kayak, esquiar, andar en motonieve, entretenerse, RELAJARSE ... ¡Adventure North es el lugar para ti! Esta casa de lago tiene hermosas vistas, que se pueden disfrutar desde el muelle, la gran terraza frontal, el amplio patio de piedra / zona de hoguera o desde casi todas las habitaciones dentro de la casa. La propiedad define la relajación y tiene capacidad para hasta 12 personas entre 4 habitaciones / 2. 5 baños en la casa principal y el quinto dormitorio / 1 baño completo en el apartamento adjunto. La cómoda Gran Sala tiene una chimenea de piedra de gas, junto al área de comedor, que está justo al lado de la cocina profesional de diseño abierto. Esta cocina está bien equipada para crear comidas de vacaciones increíbles. El dormitorio principal (en el nivel principal) tiene una cama King, con un baño completo con bañera de hidromasaje. La relajación continúa en el nivel inferior, con una gran área de Familia / Recreación, así como 3 dormitorios más y un baño completo. Salga en el nivel inferior hasta el patio de piedra con un fuego para asar perritos calientes o s'mores, mientras contempla el lago. La caminata corta hacia el lago es fácil por la hermosa pasarela de piedra. En el lago, encontrará un bote de remos, 2 tablas de remo y 3 kayaks para su placer. Lower Twin Lake es uno de los 6 lagos del Tiger Cat Flowage. Es un lago de clase A Tiger Musky. Si no atrapas el "pez de los 10,000 lanzamientos", te asegurarás de atrapar un poco de lucioperca, lubina, perca o lucio ... ¡con suerte! Wonderful place to stay!

Side by side trip! We had a wonderful time and this is such a beautiful lake home. Wonderful people to work with. Answered our questions right away if we needed anything. We enjoyed all the wild life. We would definitely recommend this property.

Fun and relaxing stay!

We were a group of 8 adults celebrating a birthday and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the canoe and kayaks as well. We were glad we packed extra TP but other than that we had everything we needed. Beautiful space for sure.

Excellent Stay

Wonderful place, perfect for our family. Dinners on the deck overlooking the lake, a flat grassy area for yard games, the best fire pit area we have come across. All in order at the house, very clean, well decorated and well kept. Andy was very responsive to all questions and input. We do plan on coming back - our family loved our time together here!

We enjoyed a family weekend snowmobiling. The accommodations were perfect for our group of nine adults. Everything was clean, neat and very good quality. There was also ample room in the driveway for four pickups and trailers.

Beautiful Lake Front Home

We had a wonderful time. Clean house, stocked kitchen, beautiful lake. Older kids enjoyed staying in the bunkhouse. We went over the 4th of July and lake was not busy. Our family could enjoy tubing (safely) and fishing. Peaceful area. Easy 15-20 minutes drive into Hayward.

Beautiful North Woods Retreat

This house has it all! Since we had adult nieces and nephews staying, the bunk house was perfect for them! The main house is so cozy yet spacious and decorated beautifully! The kitchen has every utensil you could possibly need, so we were able to cook most every night. The lake view from the home is spectacular! The owners are very gracious and responsive if you have any questions. We loved using the canoe! This is definitely a north woods gem!

Wedding week!

Had a wonderful stay at Adventure North! We rented a pontoon for the week so did some boating & fishing, made a few trips to Hayward for some play and good food. When staying in at the house, we grilled out multiple times, enjoyed the deck, had smores at the campfire and played some fun card games. Plenty of room for our family with beds to spare! Location was secluded enough for plenty of peace & tranquility but not too far from Hayward or area restaurants/bars. End of our week was the Friday evening wedding at an area resort. Would highly recommend a stay here!!

Perfect Place For Our Group

First off - this house is absolutely amazing. This is our second straight year renting it and we'll most likely be back! This place has everything you need! We typically rent in the winter, but the summer months would be amazing here too. Andy was a pleasure to work with and she stayed on top of everything to make sure our visit was perfect! Bedroom situation is great. Lots of room in both living rooms. Spacious kitchen and dining room. The master bedroom/bath is huge. I can't say enough great things about this place - be sure to add this to the top of your list!

it was family time for mom/grandma

I have room in my own house but I had a landmark birthday this year and wanted a gathering/something new somewhere with my family. We have a combined family, 15 grandkids in fact, but my kids don't get home that often anymorej. For me, Mom, it was great waking up and going to bed with them there, and spending the days together, felt delightful. 5 destinations were considered and Hayward was the choice. The place worked perfectly for our purposes. The kayaks, canoe and paddle boards were great accommodations for all. Ping pong table in garage was a hit for my two sons who regularly compete on the game.

Wonderful Stay! Right on the Lake!

We walked into this beautiful house and it was better than the pictures. Clean and modern Northwoods. Cozy! Had all the utensils and appliances we needed to cook and bake. Bought some prime rib and filet mignon at the butcher's in Hayward. It was delicious! The bedrooms were very comfortable. Nice having 4 toilets for our group of 12. The deck was used often from early morning coffee to dinners to relaxing on the gravity chairs, all overlooking the stunning lake. Loved using the kayaks, paddleboat and paddle boards on the lake. The beach area needed a little grooming. It had Lily pads that overgrew but we raked it up and it was fine. We brought our own blow up rafts that we floated in as well. We used the garage apartment also. This area did not have air conditioning but felt very cool in the evening. I recommend this property for anyone with a big group.

Vacay Memories

Our family had a great time staying here, this was our 8th year bringing our kids and their families to places. The host was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. They pretty much had everything we needed, so we didn't need to bring things we typically have to bring. Nice back yard for placing a badminton net, huge driveway for the grandkids to bike, scooter and other toys. Huge bonus was the 2 yard dumpster they have with a group of 11 for a week. Saw deer, a turtle who laid eggs behind the dumpster and a loons nest close to the dock. Downfalls - No decent swim area by the dock, it's VERY mucky and weedy, which we were told upfront that it is work in progress. We took our boat out in the middle of the lake with our lily pad. Local lake ordnances only allow tubing/skiing from 11 am - 5 pm daily. Could not receive calls or call out using Verizon. Highly recommend this home -

I was told you could ride UTV's from the property to the trail but you could not.

Nice and private property

A wonderful property -- it was very quiet and serene, yet close enough to Hayward and Birkie Trailhead. We also appreciated the use of the canoes and kayaks that provided beautiful views from the lake.

Perfect wedding weekend

We originally booked Labor Day 2020 as my daughter was getting married nearby. Then due to Covid it was rescheduled …twice. Andy was gracious and always responded quickly. The setting is gorgeous and the home is beautiful. Well stocked and clean. 5 stars!!! Highly recommend this home. :)

Great Cabin Getaway

This property was amazing. I brought some friends and family up for a cabin weekend. There were 10 of us. We fit with an entire bedroom to spare. The weather was a bust while we were there and we still had a great time. There is lots of space to move around and you don't feel like you are stepping on each other. The outside space is great. Lots of room for activities. Great bonfire pit. Highly recommend. If you are going to book it, my one recommendation would be to bring a speaker for music.

I guess you could say we like adventure so after we bought this property Adventure North just seemed like the right name! John is a Colorado boy and I was born and raised in Minnesota. After we married in 1999, we decided to buy a couple properties in Colorado as investments. By 2005 our family had an additional 3…all boys…and we had the opportunity to move halfway across the world to Guam. So we packed up the boys and headed off on a new adventure. We were in Guam for 3 years and then decided to settle in Minnesota. It was hard being property owners in a state we no longer lived so in 2016 we sold those properties and decided on a new adventure…Adventure North! We are so happy to be able to share this home with you. We absolutely cherish our time here and hope you will too. We would like nothing more for you to make this your home away from home. If there is anything we can do to help make your stay more memorable please don't hesitate to ask.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The incredible view as you enter the home is what sold us, as well as the beautiful lake views from every major room. The fish in the lake and surrounding lakes was just an added bonus! When we purchased this well cared for home it was pretty much a blank slate. Our goal was to make this home feel like it was your own. We have been working to give it that cozy, comfy, “Up North” feel! We still have “big” ideas in our heads as to other projects we would like to get done and those will come in time! We hope that you will find that it is an easy home to entertain in, both inside and outside. The previous owners took meticulous care of the outdoor space and did an amazing job with the landscaping to make it very outdoor friendly to young and older! One of the things we love the most about this home is how quiet it is, except for the wildlife. We have a deer path right through the property, the loons and frogs are lovely to hear and we have a bald eagle that likes to perch in the tree on the point. There is also good fishing right from the dock!
