Nature Lovers Paradise on LoveJoy Lake with Pontoon. This house is located on LoveJoy lake just 12 Miles from Hayward. LoveJoy lake is a clear water 78 acre private lake with no access to the public. We have one of the best lots on the lake with lower elevation, sand bottom and plenty of space. We include the use of a 20' pontoon with a new 4 Stroke Fuel Injected Motor. Lovejoy lake is a very quiet lake with a lot of wildlife and good fishing. This is the perfect lake for anyone who wants to getaway and enjoy the outdoors.

The house is a 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom house with 4000sq ft that has 460' of Private Frontage on 10 Acres. The house has fantastic views of the lake and has plenty of outdoor space. The house is a Hand Hewn log home that includes many great features and lots of living space. Overall it has 5 bedrooms plus a additional sleeping area with 8 beds for 12 guests(3 Kings, 1 Queen and 4 Twin Beds). The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 additional sleeping area with a living room and bathroom. The main floor has a master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 3 season cedar screened in porch, kitchen, living room/dinner room with wood burning fireplace. The basement has recently been remodeled and has 2 Bedrooms, 1 bath with a living room and game room to enjoy. The game room has a foosball table, buck hunter pro, fast and furious sit down game, table and additional refrigerator. The house does include Wi-Fi, 2 Smart Tv's(YouTube TV included) and 1 DVD player on the main level. The kitchen in the house is good size and does include most standard items. A propane grill and charcoal grill is also included.

A few things on the property.
-This house has Mini Split AC Systems on the Main Level and Upstairs. There is no A/C in the basement although the basement is mainly underground so it does stay cool year round.
-We also have great neighbors and would like to keep it that way so please no parties and please be respectful of everyone. If you are planning on coming with a large group to be up late partying and loud go elsewhere. If you are coming to enjoy the area and be respectful of all, this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed with the scenery and peacefulness and we want to keep it that way as well for everyone on the lake.
-No pets allowed and also no hunting on the property.
-No Fireworks allowed(this is a county ordinance)
-From feedback on guest we have updated the rooms to have nightstands with lamps in the room, we have also added light blocking curtains to the upstairs bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have curtains or blinds in them. Pictures have been updated to reflect blinds, curtains and new furniture.
