Shipmaster

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at Shipmaster with the exception of a problem with one of the beds. I contacted the property manager Pam and within an hour she was at the property fixing our problem. Can’t say enough about Pam as she went over and above to make sure we had a great stay. This was our 7th time coming to Hilton Head and we will be back!

Villa met all our expectations!

For our first time to Hilton Head, this Villa was ideally located to the tennis , beach, swimming pool and bike paths. The unit was just as shown. It was very clean, with comfortable main floor furniture and King bed. Lovely to sit at the back outdoor patio table overlooking golf course. The kitchen was adequately equipped, with fully functional appliances, as well as new washer/dryer off the kitchen. Secure area and quiet. Our property manager communicated clearly to us when unit would be ready, and quickly answered our few questions on arrival. Very smooth.

Great Location for FUN

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean, there was beautiful new furniture in the family room and we got responses to our questions very quickly. We used the tennis/pickleball court, pool and loved the beach access with the parking pass. We enjoyed looking for the turtles in the pond every time we went to the beach. This location was great and very central to everything. We would love to come back.

Great Getaway

This was an amazing find! The house is secluded and has the best view from the porch straight down to the lake. There are fire pits, plenty of outdoor seating, a swing, hammock, and more. We had a great time & will definitely be back for a weekend getaway!

Great Stay

It was a beautiful, spacious, well-furnished and comfortable place to stay. We love it in the Shipyards and this rental did not disappoint. Very quiet and peaceful.

We stayed 21/2 weeks at Shipyard villa, it was wonderful. Very clean, a perfect location and Pam in the management team was very helpful and quick to respond with any queries we had. Would love to come back soon.

Excellent Home

My stay was great because we found everything set for us on arrival! The house was close to the beach making it really easy to access the beach. The only thing that could be improved is TV channels. All the channels that I needed eg CNN, ESPN etc needed extra payment for streaming. It would help if such channels were readily available even if it required extra charges added to my rental so that I reduce the time and hustle of looking for channels. The staff was very prompt and responsive to all my questions by phone. That was excellent. Also, the house was very clean and neatly prepared for us! Thank you!

Great house, great location!

This home is very clean and comfortable! Looks just like the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is nicely equipped. There is a parking spot right outside of the unit, which is very convenient. The plan is nice and quiet and it is about a 15-minute easy, mostly shaded walk to the Shipyard beach access, and you have the option of driving to the owner parking lot near the beach access point. There is a lovely, clean community pool in the plan that actually has some shaded spots. Very nice. The check-in and check-out processes are very straightforward. The property manager was very responsive to all of my questions. I highly recommend this place!

Great home, great location!

Very clean and comfortable! Looks just like the pictures. The property manager was very responsive. Easy check-in and check-out. It's about a 15-minute easy walk to beach access, and there is a lovely pool in the community. We highly recommend this place.

A pleasant surprise!

Very clean, beds very comfy, sofa relaxing. Very impressed with how quiet the area was. We like the easy keyless entry system and how helpful the texts were before arriving at the townhouse. We really appreciated the quick response to our shower problem by Aletta. She was very friendly and really excelled with her customer service skills. Also Rena who managed the property was on top of everything. Lucky to have such caring and professional assistance. We will be back.

Great proximity to golf

Location of the unit I stayed in for March was between the golf courses, clubhouse/pro shop & the beach. Doesn’t get better than that!!

Lovely place

This was a lovely condo. Very nicely outfitted, and sufficiently equipped in the kitchen. The management company was better than excellent. They couldn’t have done enough for us. It’s a definite recommend!

Great location!

This Villa sits in Shipyard which is a very beautiful location on Hilton Head Island especially if you love golf. The back patio provides a view of the golf course and it is a quick walk to the pool. The unit is very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a week away from home! I highly recommend this unit and location. You might even get a glimpse or two of an alligator which is always exciting!

The property was extremely clean and spacious, the property manager did an excellent job and was easy to deal with for check in and check out (we had no issues), and the location was quiet and close proximity to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this two bedroom condo! We have stayed all over HHI. Upon arrival I found the condo to be very clean which I was thankful. The kitchen was very well equipped. The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in. I wanted to bring it home with me. The beach was just a mile from the front door. We shall return!

Great communication and the owner provided beach access pass for parking- Near the Shipyard Beach next to the Sonesta. This pass made all the difference.

Perfect location! Quick walk to the pool or bike ride to the beach! Quiet atmosphere, clean facility with everything needed for a week away. Just a few minutes bike ride from local restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
