Stylish and immaculately clean end upper villa, with a large, 42 foot, sunny, private wraparound furnished deck. This is the closest unit (#121) to the beach in the Shipyard Plantation. Directly located across from the Sonesta Oceanfront Resort.

This unit has a Tempur-Pedic King mattress, fireplace, Jacuzzi, 2 flat screen TV's, adult beach bikes, beach cart, beach chairs, boogie boards, golf clubs, fishing rods, tennis rackets, and many other amenities. TV includes HBO and Golf Channel .

the location was close to the beach and pool. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed. It was easy to cook in. we liked that there were directions for everything and so easy to follow.

Outstanding location! Safe, clean, well kept, and loaded with amenities. Comfortable and close to the beach. Plenty of recreational gear. Villa included 2 bicycles that were so much fun. Plenty of free parking. Friendly and responsive owner. Overall, we had a fantastic time! A Thank you!
Scenic views throughout the complex.
Beautiful sunrise and good surf fishing.
Lots of dolphins in the area.
Roomy and comfortable villa.

Relaxing and Convenient Home near the beach

My husband and I love this well-appointed and comfortable Villa. We love walking over to the beach, playing golf on the three Shipyard courses, and are amazed at the variety and quality of restaurants and entertainment just minutes away. We always stay here because it is simply the best!!!!

A perfect bacation

Enjoyed our stay at this spacious, clean, and well-stocked condo, located a short walk from the beach and from Van Der Meer Tennis Center. Jane responded quickly and helpfully to several questions we had on arrival. This will be our go-to condo rental for any future Hilton Head trips. Highly recommended.

Amazing (once again!)

We have stayed here for several years now and it is ALWAYS fantastic. Jane is the ultimate host and extremely responsive. The condo is fully equipped and literally minutes from the ocean. So convenient to everything. Don’t think about it, book it! (Just don’t book over our week next year!) :)

Vacation

The villa is Great. We loved the community and the closeness of the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need to make great seafood dinners and every other kind. Having the bikes for guest to use is a really nice touch , we didn't have rent ones. Oh and the beach wagon super great. Jane was very easy to work with when booking. There were no problems so we had no follow talks. But we had numbers to contact her if there were. Would differently go back.

Our New Favorite Vacation

The owners’ description of this condo is spot on. It’s the closest condo to the beach. It’s quite roomy for a one bedroom unit and we appreciated the two full bathrooms. The large wrap around deck with the two umbrellas was a great way to unwind after full days of exploring the island’s attractions. We very much enjoyed staying at this condo and highly recommend it. The owners were very responsive and a joy to work with.

Nice location but missing some tlc

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. Unfortunately some of the irritating, easily fixed things are overlooked, ie, bedroom bath toilet does not flush properly…..3rd year in a row! Parking pass was not discussed or given, owner said they don’t get parking passes bc they are close to the beach. There are elderly and disabled people who need to drive to the beach. In my case I was just recovering from ankle surgery. The hideaway bed still had previous renters sheets on it, overall linens are tired and in need of updating. fitted sheet does not fit properly. Microwave would not open unless you unplugged it. This unit is in desperate need of updating, the carpet is gross , holds a lot of odors.

Great location, amenities, and hosts

This Villa is located in Shipyard Plantation, and it’s only a 4 minute walk to the beach. The unit includes a great outdoor deck with umbrellas, chaises, table and chairs, a perfect place to read a book, enjoy an outdoor dinner or afternoon snacks. The beach chairs, umbrella and bikes were great amenities.amenities. The hosts left detailed instructions, check in was very easy. We loved our week in Hilton Head!

Beachwalk Stay

This property was very clean and comfortable. The deck was beautiful for sitting out and it was a bonus to be able to use the beach wagon and umbrella. We brought our class 2 e-bikes so we could ride the trails. We were unaware, however, that e-bikes are not allowed in Shipyard. We did talk to Noah at the main office and he said as long as we were not using them electrically we could ride them to the trail outside shipyard. I feel this is a rule that should be changed in Shipyard and Sea Pines. As long as people are following the rules of the bike paths they should not be discriminated against. Personally the wife can’t ride any bike safely except the e-bike. That whole incident put a bit of a damper on our Shipyard experience. So just a heads up.

Perfect HHI Stay!

My husband and I recently stayed at this beautiful Shipyard villa, and I think we both agree that this was the most perfect trip/accommodations of any of our trips to HHI. Communication from start to finish was great, and the villa was just beautiful! Everything about it was homey, cozy, and perfect, with plenty of space in each gorgeous room! We spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful wrap-around porch, either in the morning with coffee or late afternoon after the beach. Everything you could want or need is provided, and the pathway walk to the beach was so quick! We really hated to leave and hope to rent this villa on our next trip there!

5-Star Beachwalk condo in Shipyard Plantation

It was a 5- star vacation experience in this beautiful, well-cared for, and very comfortable one-bedroom, two full bathrooms, and availability to sleep two more guests (if desired or needed.) The kitchen was well stocked, the deck was wrap-around and had just been renewed, everything you need for the beach is included in a storage unit downstairs, and the large community pool is just across from the unit. There is a shuttle to the beach (or you can just simply walk over to it.) You’re that close! Check it out! The owner response is rapid and informative! You will be glad you did! It was perfect for my husband and me!

Perfect Island Location

Great location for an extended stay on Hilton Head Island. Easy walk to the beach, and short drives to outstanding numerous golf courses and many many great restaurants.

121 is an end unit and has lots of windows , 43 ft deck and well equipped.
