Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the heart of the Hobart City Centre, just minutes walk from the wharf and the famous Salamanca Market. There are restaurants, bars, shops and galleries close by. Also, it's a few minutes drive to the Botancical Gardens and the Hobart Aquatic centre. The whole apartment is tastefully layout and you will have the whole apartment for yourself.

Great central property

Great property. Centralling located. Walking distance to everything at the Harbour. Quiet and with all amenities you’d need. Car park was great!

Cool little apartment

Awesome location for this cool little apartment. Perfect for our work trip and the setup of the apartment was exactly what we required with enough privacy for the two of us. Everything was easily accessible and the communication with Joanna prior was excellent. Will definitely look at staying again in the future and recommend.

Superb Stay

Fantastic apartment in an unreal location. We had easy access to all roads in and out of Hobart. The apartment was in excellent condition and accommodated my friend and I in two separate bedrooms in a well maintained apartment ( I wanted to take the shower home with me - amazing bathroom). Will definitely book here again on my next trip to Hobart.

Convenient location

Comfortable and clean. Well positioned for those with a car, not as suited to pedestrians between major roads, although walking distance to waterfront and city. The location was not as expected for a Sullivan Cove address.

Not as expected

to start with we had difficulty finding the property then we thought it would have 3 beds it only has two with a pull out couch, the rubbish bin was full in the cupboard and the shower had used bottles of shampoo in there so that made us feel like it hadn't been cleaned fully.There was opened packets of biscuits in the kitchen not exactly covid safe.and with two main roads beside the property sleeping was difficult.

Hobart getaway

This apartment is in a great location well stocked, spacious and very comfortable. Close to fantastic restaurants and easy access to city and constitution dock. Host was welcoming and provided excellent communication. We had the best weekend.

Great location and size.

Great location. Great bathroom and beds. Only issue was finding it. It is the cream building in the car park of Hoggs Breath Cafe. Entrance on Davies St. Over all this was a fantastic place to stay, once we found it. Joanne was very easy to contact through out.

Perfect stay

Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay in Joanna’s apartment. The location couldn’t have been better. So close to the harbour, eating places and the markets. Very spacious and immaculately clean. It was close to a busy road but quiet inside. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be recommending it to others. Thank you Joanna.

Fine apartment close to city

A very well-equipped apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. Despite its location close to a major road the double glazing meant that traffic noise was minimal. We initially had some difficulty finding the entrance because it's a plain anonymous door with no numbers. Stayz did send photos but a bit late for us. Nontheless it was an easy stroll to the Hobart waterfront. All in all a great place to stay.

Quiet comfortable retreat

The apartment address was conflicting and we were first brought to the apartment but driver believed it was the wrong place. Brought us around the corner to another apartment hotel who said that it was not the right address. Once again we had to drag heavy suitcases back to where we started. Owner was right on it with setting us to the right location via text. This could have been avoided if the address was correctly listed in the information provided. It would also help to know that this is a freestanding home and not part of a larger complex. Also, there was nothing in the listing that indicated that there was a full, straight up flight of stairs to get to the living level. Since we had very heavy suitcases coming from a cruise, we would not have rented the apartment. With all that behind us, the unit was nicely furnished, quiet, and comfortable and we enjoyed the rest of our stay there.

Excellent location

Location is excellent and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and harbour attractions.The property is well appointed. and clean.The owners provided their number if needed.There are about 12 steps to climb from the front door to the landing.So if you have mobility issues it may sour your experience. Overall we would try renting it again.

Perfect Location!

Great property, clean, easy to locate and perfect location to base yourself for trip to Hobart and surrounding attractions. Close vicinity to waterfront and variety of restaurants, Salamanca Markets; ferry service. On-site parking assisted when doing day trips. Overall great property - would recommend and stay again. Amenities were well appointed providing privacy if travelling w friends or family.

Immaculate, well located little apartment

Though finding the place was initially difficult (as we weren't sent a photo of the building itself - which would have helped immensely and negated the time wasted looking for it), the property itself was immaculate, well located (however be aware the traffic noise during the week is predominant) and had everything one needed for a short stay. Really appreciated the kitchen and bathroom staples left for us. Thank you

Lovely stay in perfect location

Everything you need!

The place had comfy beds and modern finishes! It was so close to all the great restaurants and the harbour.
