Flor de Piedra es un granero de mediados de 1800 que ha sido transformado en un establecimiento, una cama única, cómoda y lujosa. Totalmente equipada, autónomo y privado, que se encuentra en el centro con en minutos de todo lo mejor que tiene para ofrecer Hobart. Esta es la perfecta escapada romántica!

Flor de Piedra se encuentra en la calle principal, al final de un camino privado. Es un hermoso,, vivienda multi-nivel luminoso que armoniza a la perfección la riqueza de su pasado histórico con las comodidades de la vida moderna. Esta propiedad única se ha transformado de manera creativa y proporciona privacidad y comodidad.

El espacio de arriba, está bañado por la luz natural y se sienta bajo el techo de dos aguas originales. Desde el dormitorio con su impresionante deliciosamente cómoda cama de matrimonio, un paso arriba en el cuarto de baño de planta abierta con una gran ducha de zona húmeda, reflejado armarios, y hermosa vanidad todo envuelto en la calidez de la madera y la piedra. Escalera originales del viejo granero ahora sirve como un toallero único! Se proporcionan servicios para los clientes.

En la planta baja, hay una sala de estar abierta perfecto para relajarse con un buen libro o para ver una película de la colección de DVD ecléctica proporcionado. Y lo mejor de mobiliario contemporáneo australiano es tuyo para disfrutar. Entra en el totalmente equipado, cocina gourmet y cocinar una tormenta. Delicias culinarias están disponibles en varias tiendas de comestibles convenientemente ubicados entre ellos el muy querido Hill St tendero, Salamanca fresca, Wursthaus Cocina, Mercado de Salamanca (el sábado), así como los supermercados normales. La mesa de comedor hecha a la medida ha sido reciclada de vigas que quedaron de la renovación y capacidad para cuatro personas.

Hay calefacción por suelo radiante calentadores tanto arriba y abajo y un panel en el dormitorio y sala de estar. También hay una pequeña zona al aire libre y estacionamiento para un coche.

A great example place for a weekend away

A place to spend 5 days. Great central location for exploring Hobart and surrounding areas (note if you are walking the property is situated on a very steep hill). The accommodation is warm and inviting. Felt totally at home - towels, linen, furniture, crockery are all of a high standard. Kitchen was well planned, contained good quality appliances and met all of our needs. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are stunning with an open plan layout, making it feel extremely spacious - just aware the toilet while in a separate space is also open plan. A beautiful place to spend a weekend.

Delightful architectural barn renovation with everything you could need. Beautifully presented and a wonderful base for a stay in Hobart. Walking distance to the centre of town through some interesting old neighbourhoods. Will definitely be back.

Great getaway close to the Hobart CBD

Both my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stone Flower, a beautifully constructed building easily maintainable for a couple with all of the amenities required to both stay in and cook or come back to after a night out. An ideal location in the west of Hobart with only a 20 min walk to the likes of the Salamanca market and beautiful pier. Likewise, it is only a 10-15 min walk to the CBD. The property manager was an absolute delight to communicate with and provided great recommendations for our stay. If you are staying in Hobart for an extended period or just a weekend away I cannot recommend this property any higher as it was just delightful.

Architecturally splendid hideaway in pretty neighbourhood

We loved Stone Flower Barn! If you are even remotely interested in architecture you’ll appreciate the beauty of the material and the clever interiors of the barn, including a view of the harbour from the shower and the natural light pouring in everywhere. Very generous breakfast provisions were waiting for us on arrival and the bed is absolutely plush - I didn’t want to get out of it. Highly recommended.

Beautiful little home

Wow, what a lovely little gem we found. Not far to walk to the city and docks and the place has been beautifully renovated. The house is also spotlessly clean which is a big thing for me! The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The only thing to mention (and the owner did mention when we booked but I didn't realise to what extent). The driveway you have to drive down to get to the house which is at the back is VERY narrow. The owner did let us know so I made sure I booked a small rental car but that was even hard to get in and out so make sure you get the smallest car available as at the moment you can't park on the road. Other than that this is a beautiful home so thank you :-)

Great blend of old and new

Really loved this contemporary barn conversion. Loved the location that offered great views across Hobart. Beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings that gives a cosy feel. Clean and quiet residence within walking distance of Hobart and Salamanca ( about 20 minutes), that exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful couple's accommodation

We had a nice weekend in Hobart staying at this fancy renovated barn. Great character to the accommodation and made to feel at home with breakfast supplies. Only critique is that car access is narrow and not suitable for anything but a small sedan and all surrounding streets have parking restrictions.

I thought I mentioned the narrow driveway and parking restrictions in our description page. If I neglected to do so, please accept my sincere apologies.
