Evergreen Paradise is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear walking distance to the lake and Village. This home comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1100+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a TV, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a king bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen/queen bunk bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Newly remodeled game room in garage with arcade games, foosball table, and pool table! Board games and card games. Smart TV with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - New hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the large back deck!

Fun game room and good location

The cabin had a great game room that kept us entertained. And it was walking distance to Pineknot Trail, which was super convenient for a morning hike.

Fun for family

We loved the game room and hot tub. All of the game room games and hot tub felt pretty much brand new. The kids loved the rental and it was a great place to actually relax. Location great, close to the village but not too close or hectic.

Great place. Some of the video games need work on the buttons (tmnt Leo and Donatello you can play, rampage the 2 on the right have issues) kids had a fantastic time and we would definitely stay again.

Great house for a small family

This was perfect for my two kids because of the game room. The wifi was fantastic allowing me to work remote one of our days there.

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin was perfect for my husband and I. We had so much fun playing pool and fun video games in the game room while watching the big screen. It would be great for a family with kids too! Really enjoyed the deck with bbq and it was a great location. We can’t wait to go back!

Arcade escape

This rental was perfect for our family needs as a place that is quiet enough for the kids to recharge or put them in the arcade room to burn up some Energy between trips into town. We had great communication with the managers and would recommend this place to others!

Nighttime Family Fun!

A perfect Easter weekend at Evergreen Paradise. Super convenient. Easy check-in and check out. Super clean, although no dishwasher. Most important all games, wiFi, and gas BBQ were in working order! My favorite stay in Big Bear.

Amazing game room

Great place, except for heavy cigarette smell throughout the house. Could also use deeper cleaning/dusting, especially since it’s a pet friendly accommodation.

Nice home but felt that it was overpriced. The furniture and bed were very uncomfortable. The couches are really old and worn out, need to be replaced. Home was smaller than expected. Game room was pretty neat.

We enjoyed our stay!

We love the game room and the privacy of our own cabin. I love that its really close to everything. Very convenient. The only thing i have is the bathroom door do not close, also the curtain at the bedroom fell on me because its not hanging on anything it was just hang on top of the window without security. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! :)

Cleanliness

The property and home were very clean. The hot tub needed a new filter and the water needed changed or treated. All in all very satisfied.

You MUST stay here if you have kids!!!

The property is better than the photos posted! Kitchen, washer/dryer, bonus guest house-AMAZING. By far, the best cabin we've stayed in in Big Bear! Within walking distance to the lake and all the little restaurants. The game room was used for hours on end by our 5 and 9 year olds. They forgot all about the laptops they brought in order to play Roblox. My husband and I had many basketball and foosball challenges 😝 We will definitely stay again!

The game room is amazing!!

The kids loved the game room. All the games actually worked! The property layout is a little weird, but we all liked it. The guest house is out the back game room door and over the deck so our teenage girls had "their own place" while our younger ones stayed inside. The kitchen is a little cramped, and the shower curtain is too long, but the rest of the cabin and huge yard more than compensated. We will definitely be bringing the family back up here!!

Awesome game room!!!!

My bf, our pup and I really enjoyed our stay, we had a blast in the game room!! The top deck with jacuzzi was nice where we enjoyed our morning coffee, we didn’t get to use the jacuzzi this weekend (not enough time in the day lol) but that just means we’ll have to come back to try it out :) Cabin is just a short walk from the village and lake. Everything was clean, the king size bed was comfortable and the cabin had just about everything you might need for your stay! Will definitely be back soon! :)
