Enjoy this nicely decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo just a short walk from Eagle Lodge! This unit is located in the Bradley building. The unit offers a full kitchen, flat screen Hi Def TV/DVD, and wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a new King bed and the living room has a Queen sofa sleeper. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool (summer only) and underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"). Pet friendly, allows one pet. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mammoth last minute rental worked out great for us! The condo was on the small side, but it was clean and had everything we needed. We found the elevator at the end of the hall useful.

The condo is dated and not fancy, but had all we needed and is close enough to walk to chair 15.

Living room heater was a little tricky to figure out. Kitchen fully stocked with plent of cups and plates.

Perfect Winter Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used Mammoth Reservations for a number of getaways and have always gotten great accommodations. The check in & check out process is very easy. Summit #237 is by far the best unit we have had. It is clean, very well-appointed and the location is perfect. It’s within walking distance of Eagle Lodge which was perfect especially during the time we were in Mammoth during the winter storms. The unit is perfect for 4 people, is bright & airy, and has a covered garage. The surrounding area is wonderful for morning and afternoon walks, and it is just a couple of miles from Vons and the shopping center. We will definitely request this unit again the next time we go to Mammoth.

Summit #237

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was comfortable. It does need to be upgraded with new carpet and new bed. The bed was okay, though a memory foam mattress was laid on top of the existing mattress and it kept sliding down. And new plumbing fixtures, had a **** of time finding the hot water in both kitchen and bathtub.Loved that it was an end unit. The bathtub one was worst and frustrating. I would love to stay there again, these are just regular maintenance upgrades that should be done and for sure I would stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like The Summit due to its location, near the Eagle Lodge. We chose this unit because it was dod friendly, and available for the weekwe wanted. Iit was further from Eagle then we would like. Prefer the buildings at the top of the hill for the closer walk. The good: Corner unit with good natural light. Comfortable bed. Pantry with plenty of spices. The could be better: Smaller than many Summit 1Br’s We like the units with bunk beds so guests don’t necessarily have to use the pull out couch. Warn tired finishes. Crappie TV. Internet shared with other units. This is a biggie. I needed to work from this unit and the internet ones told to use, because its shared with other units wasn’t up to the task. There are other available internet accounts, and this solved the problem. Comment on Mammoth Reservations: Their responsive, but not after hours. This is frustrating.

I would not recommend staying here. They charge too much a place like this.Although mammoth reservations provided us with a refund and were very receptive to our feedback.

Reviewer Comments: What we liked about this place: Location (just a walk to eagle lodge) Garage Parking (great for snowy nights)Why we don't love it: The place is dirty. It seems barely cleaned, there's stains all ove the carpet, mold in the bathroom ceiling, one of the pillows smelt mustly and a little like someone peed on it. The heater in the room doesnt work. The bed is horrible worst that a motel 6 in quality.The place is extremely hard to find especially when you arrive at night. We've stayed at over a dozen different places in mammoth but never have we had to search so hard to find the apartment location in the snow. The signage is horrible, no one is around to help after 7pm and the reservation company doesn't answer their phone either.

Mammoth Reservation and the Summit #237 Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Mammoth Reservation Service is good, easy to use, and provide assistance when needed. But the unit itself is NOT a positive experience for a vacation. We have stayed in Summit (and many others) before with very good experience. The carpet is very old; has stains. The furniture are old; sagging couch, uncomfortable seats. The bathroom desperately needing updating (not upgrading, just updating). E.g. the toilet seat is so old it's practically chipped and cracked. Sheet covers all the way to pots & pans can be and should be in better shape.Wi-Fi was not working, only to find out it also lacks a router. Mammoth Reservation drove a "hot-spot router" to us. Mammoth Reservations (we have used them many times)should dissociate itself from that unit. We did not complain and demand a switch only because our stay is spent mainly outdoors. And we were there only 3 days/2 nights. But short stay should be more a positive experience. Not again in Summit #237 ! Is there a zero star?

Spring at Mammoth

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just fine. Unit was comfy, dog friendly, close to the jacuzzi, elevator to parking garage helped. This unit is pretty far from Eagle Lodge by foot, but since there was no one there (mid-week in April), we just drove up the hill (1 minute) and parked easily. I'm old and hate walking with ski boots, so it was flip-flops in the car, but with more crowd we would have walked accross the street and ridden the shuttle. Unit had everything we needed. Great for two, pretty tight for 4 people. We skied from 9-2 each day we were there, snow was pretty good, got slushy and grabby late. We took side trips to the Lake Mary trail and June Lake loop in the afternoons, our dog loved swimming at June Lake. Customer service experience is a tricky one- we had no problems, so never needed to call anyone. The contact-less check-in/out system was super easy, but it's weird checking into and out of a vacation rental without ever seeing or talking to a human. I guess that qualifies a good customer service!

Great Fishing get-a-way
