NIDO DE BERG - A orillas del lago con Encanto y espaciosa casa! Es fácil caminar a la orilla del agua.

Zonas de estar abiertas en ambos niveles, con grandes ventanas para una gran vista. Cocina totalmente equipada (Rango, Frigorífico, eliminación, lavavajillas, compactador de basura) y la zona de comedor. Grandes cubiertas fuera de ambos niveles (piso inferior está cubierto con los pasos para facilitar el acceso al agua).

Hay 2 dormitorios en la planta principal, el principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio.
El principal tiene un baño completo en suite y hay un baño completo en el segundo dormitorio.
La planta principal también tiene un gran, gran sala abierta con sala de estar, comedor y cocina. La ropa es también en este nivel principal.
En la planta baja, (pie de salida del sótano) se encuentra una sala de estar abierta con acceso a la cubierta inferior y el lago.
Hay dos dormitorios en este nivel; Dormitorio # 3 tiene dos camas individuales y un dormitorio # 4 tiene una cama litera con cama doble en la parte inferior, dos en la parte superior. Hay varias camas despliegue individuales y un sofá cama en este nivel, para espacio adicional para dormir.


Inicio dispone de recepción directa de televisión por satélite.

Calzada de hormigón será fácilmente acomodar 4 coches más uno en el garaje.

Great family getaway

Very kid friendly, house was as advertised, kitchen suppled well, very clean. Lake swimming was great. We didn’t have a boat so fishing was not good. Area more fit for swimming.

Enjoyed our stay!

Lots of options for sleeping and large area for gatherings! It did not have great parking, we had 2 large pickups and there was no room for any other vehicles.

Relaxing and Beautiful

We had a very relaxing stay. The surrounding area is beautiful, the weather was gorgeous, and the house is very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting around a campfire and playing games inside with children and grandchildren.

Family Relaxing Get Away

Was close enough to the water to swim and for kayaking. Could have used some towels for use after water fun. Place provided everything except food. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to unwind and enjoy the lake.

We loved it here. Great space for kids and adults, short drive to the marina, a few toys for the kids, a fully equipped kitchen, a quiet neighborhood, and great views and space to sit and enjoy the lake. We want to come back every year!

Lakeside retreat

Home was a wonderful place to meet with my kids from Wisconsin. Spent time Catching up on all I had missed over the last year. Location was close to Rogers and other places we wanted to visit. Would strongly recommend this home for a quiet, peaceful getaway. Numerous deer and other animal could be seen in the surrounding village. Thinking in the future to look at this home or area for another time to relax and catch up on life.

Beautiful, relaxing and comfortable

Beautiful home, well lived in. We felt like we were at Grandma's place. Had everything we needed, and everyone had their own comfortable room. I had my river shoes, which are a must! The rocks are sharp. The water was perfect and the decks overlooking the lake were perfect for morning coffee and evening dinners. We fed strawberries to a friendly deer, nuts to two friendly squirrels, and bits to a titmouse and to chipmunks. Perfect vacation spot. The week went too fast!

Easy lake access

our stay was great. Nice to be able to walk easily to the lake shore to swim during our stay, as half the time we were at 100 plus temps. Kitchen has all your needs, crock pot, electric frypan, but bring a good chefs knife and paring knife if you are a cook. There are some pool noodles, which were great for floating in the water. We stayed in for 2 days as it was just too hot to even heat to the hot water. But still was great, played board games and could still gaze at the lake. Would consider staying again.

Family Thanksgiving

We rented this house for our family Thanksgiving weekend. The house is in a beautiful location, right on Beaver Lake. It was spacious enough for the nine of us. The kitchen was well set up, we prepared Thanksgiving dinner easily. There was plenty of wildlife to watch and we were a reasonable distance to both Bentonville and Eureka Springs. The manager is amazing. I left a ring their and she went out of her way to return it. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the drive into Lost Bridge Villge. It is twisty but scenic. II think I was getting used to it by the time we left. We recommend this house.

50th Anniversary with the whole family First off.. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location, the deer, the view, the stars.We LOVED how the kitchen, dining room and sitting area just flowed into one another. The deck is a great place to gather as well. Keep an eye on little ones out there. Loved the 2 seat glider.Eureka Springs and Roaring River were also on our list. We’ve been coming to this area.(SW Mo and NW At) as far back to when we were datingAnd oh those sweet deer. We bought to whole pumpkins and busted one a night. They also got berries and sweet potatoes. A couple will eat out of your hand. SO many tiny ones. Ok snap back..sorryThe only complaint I would haveIs thats going thru the stock of of many pillows needs to be done. You have a lovely supply of nice pillows. Rugs could be cleaner in bedrooms. But these are such little things compared to the wonderful time we had.

95% great!

Lovely property. showing it's age a bit. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Attractive decor, working appliances. Plenty of paper plates, plastic and metal silverware, mugs, plates, etc. Well stocked, except for TP. Listing says 3 rolls, only 2 provided. No biggie, we bought more. Two doors in bathrooms couldn't be unlocked, but we managed. One light fixture in a bedroom was broken. Incredible decks overlooking the lake. Very quiet and peaceful. Tons of squirrels, chipmunks, and deer! The trash compactor was a nice surprise. Cold water waiting for us in the fridge😃. We would recommend this property.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at The Berg’s Nest. It was close to the lake for swimming and easy to pull a boat up to. The house was clean and well maintained. There are not a lot of double beds which we worked out ok but if you have several couples make sure you check this out before booking. Other than that we had plenty of room and throughly enjoyed our time there.

Family vacation

Our experience with this property was excellent. Everything was exactly as listed and the process was smooth to check in and out. The house was right on Beaver Lake and very welcoming. We are definitely putting it on our go back to place.
