Near Disney/Universal! Poolside 3 bed 2 bath 2nd floor condo

Located at the Villas at Island Club. This Gated Community is located off Hwy 192 & Lindfields Blvd. Near All Attractions- Only 5 miles to Disney’s Main Gate, 14 miles to SeaWorld, 18 miles to Universal Studios and 25 miles from Orlando International Airport.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is a 2nd floor end unit directly across the street from the main pool & will sleep up to 8 people. It has a king size bed in the primary bedroom with full size private bath & patio that overlooks a pond area, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there are 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. There are also 2 folding beds in the unit (these are best suited for children and young adults). This unit features 4 TV’s all with Roku. Watch live TV thru the Roku channel guide or log-in to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming accounts.

Beautifully furnished with fully equipped kitchen that includes full size appliances, microwave, 12 cup drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer plus linens and towels in your unit (pool towels are NOT included).

This complex has a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, childs tot lot, BBQ area and a club house with fitness room. Pool hours vary by season – Open 8am to Dusk.

It's just a short drive to many of your favorite attractions, restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores, Target, Walmart, golf courses & more.

Located only 2.5 miles away is the new Margaritaville Resort, Island H20 Live Water Park & the Promenade at Sunset Walk. This beautiful outdoor entertainment district is home to casual eateries, fine dining, shopping & entertainment.

Other things to note: We supply you with a starter kit consisting of: 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small bar soaps & 1 travel size bottle of shampoo per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods & a 4 oz bottle of dish detergent & 2 trash bags per container. From there it is your responsibility to replenish as needed. Extra supplies must be purchased at the store.

The lowest the AC temperature can go is 72 degrees, any lower will cause the AC to freeze up & stop working.

Great Place

Very great neighborhood. Property was right on a beautiful pond and right across from the pool. Beds were comfortable. Communication with Brenda was awesome. Pictures are exactly what you get in the property. Bathtub and walk in shower available. My mom got injured on her flight down making it hard for her to do much of anything. It slowed us down on checkout day by a few minutes but the cleaners were so patient and gracious with us. Would stay again!

Nice and easy

Great place close to Disney gates. Comfortable and easy check-in process, loved that it was keyless too. Had everything we needed! Brenda answered my question right away when I asked and is so nice.

Last minute vacation

Planning a vacation only 2 weeks out is often tough…this process was easy, affordable, and in a very quiet community. Brenda was very on top of communication and made everything a breeze. Will certainly look to stay here in the future.

Great Place That Needs TLC

My husband and I were very happy with the layout of the place and the decor. Furthermore, the kitchen was very clean and had just what we needed to have a comfortable stay and do some cooking. There was a bottle of Lysol if we needed to do any extra cleaning. The issues we had were that the shower had not been grouted properly and appeared to have just been caulked. My husband has a renovation handyman business, he was concerned that water was getting under the shower floor tiles. Also, there appears to be mold coming in the master bedroom closet ceiling. The place needs many minor repairs that would make it a delight. It really needs a deep clean as the grout in the flooring was filthy and the floors made white socks dark brown in an instant. Brenda, the manager was the best. She responded immediately when we called and asked if we needed anything. Unfortunately, we were not prepared to ask that the place be deep cleaned and just stuck it out for our full stay. She knew neither bathroom sink had a plug. My husband found one under the guest bathroom sink and would've replaced it but by that point was just very disappointed that the property was not kept up to the standards, expressed in the write up on VRBO.

Great Place to Stay when seeing the sites and the Parks.

Just returned from Kissimmee, FL. Stayed at Brenda's condo in Sun Country Villas. Easily accessed from the main road, lots of restaurants, 2 Publix within 10 minutes. From condo to entry to the Disney World less than an hour, thats parking bus and Monorail. And that was with lots of traffic included. Brenda was an excellent host. She was quick and responsive to questions and providing us with everything we needed to know for our trip. The condo is located at the end of the street. Very quiet and easily accessed. Lots of parking. Pool is located directly across the street. The Condo was well furnished and had all the essentials, plenty of room to spread out, TVs in living room and all 3 bedrooms. Primary bedroom was large and had a large balcony for enjoying our morning coffee. This is a great place for families with younger children, tweens and young adults. Perfect for older adults looking to visit with the grandkids or not. We are already planning our next trip next year during Dance competition. We had a great time.

Extended Weekend Getaway

The property was centrally located and had some amenities for a nice stay. We enjoyed the communication with the owners as it was always quick and courteous when we had questions. They checked in with us the day after check-in to ensure we were settled. It was a quick drive to the Disney parks which is what we were there for just before school started. There is plenty to do in the area for restaurants and activities aside from Disney as well. As far as the property, it was clean, we felt safe, and were right across from the pool. Each of the rooms had a TV in them and the beds were comfy. It was a great place to stay for what we needed it for. If I was going to do an extended stay and cook, I would want a few more amenities in order to be able to do so, which is what we often do when we rent vacation homes for a week or more. Overall, it was a decent property and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we were coming in for a shorter period of time. The owners are excellent and very attentive. Thank you for sharing your place and making our stay pleasant.

Excellent experience.

The property was great. It is located in a gated neighborhood very close to Disney World. What causes this property to rise above others we have tried is the communication from the property manager. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond expectations. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Best place so far

Place was very clean and is exactly what it says on the site. I have never had better communication with the owner. She checked on us the second day we were there which we really appreciated. Next time we go with a small group we will try to stay here again.

Great Place to stay Brenda was very polite and easy to work with

Great Place to stay only issue is if you love to grill, the grill must be accessed by opening 2 locked gates with pool key. Hard to do when carrying grilling supplies and food.

Softball spring training trip

Property manager Brenda could not have been any better. She was very easy to deal with and communicated promptly to any questions we had. The villa was clean and had everything we needed in it. It could stand to be updated some but all in all it was a nice place to stay with any type of restaurant and stores that you would need close by. Thanks again Brenda for all your help.

Great space for my Mom, 2 sisters and myself. Convenient location for Disney and plenty of shops and restaurants close by. In a cute gated area. Wish we would have booked a few more days to spend time at the pool or just hanging out there. Brenda was very nice to communicate with. We would stay again!

Great location!

This location is so convenient to area theme parks! It is a quiet gated community. The unit was perfect for my family of 8 and I would definitely recommend.

Friendly Manager, Great Location

The location is prime for those who will be visiting Disney World each day. There is also a Target nearby incase you forgot to pack something or need to stock up on food. Clean linnens and a kitchen stocked with all sorts of cooking/dining supplies. The pool is fantastic. The wifi was a little slow on our laptops and phones, but the wifi still ran Netflix on the roku devices provided just fine. The manager was quick to respond and was super friendly.
