West End Paradise Unit Coral 4 - One bedroom efficiency suite

Enjoy all that Sanibel Island has to offer at the West End Paradise. Our charming cottage style accommodations offer a serene and tropical setting with mature foliage, pond with birds and turtles and we're just a short walk to the private Tradewinds beach. Unit "Coral 4" is a bungalow style efficiency suite with a kitchen featuring a mini fridge, stove top, microwave and coffee maker, living area and separate bedroom with a king sized bed. There is a full bathroom in the suite as well. Need more room? ... add unit "Scallop 5" for an additional bedroom with king sized bed and full bathroom. All of our units come with beach towels, access to the charcoal bbq grill, outdoor seating, high speed wireless internet, cable TV and air conditioning for those tropical Island summers.   Only one parking space per unit.

*Important Note: This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas. Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. The cottage was very comfortable. It was clean and everything worked as expected. It's located a little far from the beach (about a 10 minute walk), but we rented bikes, so that made getting to the beach really easy. The laundry facility worked great and there was a hose outside to rinse off the sand. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was incredible and peaceful! Everything was new and very clean. You have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Location is perfect and everything is a short drive which is very nice. The communication with the property was very easy and convenient. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Everything was great, clean, newly remodeled, had everything we needed for our stay. It was especially helpful to have quality pots and pans and other appliances such as a blender and microwave. Laundry is free and on site, huge bonus. Beach is just a few minutes away, we walked but you can bike or park in the designated parking lot with the pass provided. Will come again!

Short but sweet

Completely new inside, clean and just the right size for the 2 of us. Location is walkable to the beach (as long as your not carrying too many things). Or you can drive a couple minutes to Bowman's. Overall good accomodations.

Good Location

I wanted to get as close as I could to Bowman’s Beach and Blind Pass to go shell collecting. For the price this was a gem. I was able to do my daily walks at 5am collecting shells and be back for breakfast/brunch with my husband. Couldn’t walk on the beach to Blind Pass, have to walk on bike trail. So if you’re interested in shell collecting this spot was very good. You get a beach pass to park at the Trade Winds parking lot which was empty most of the time. This was convenient if you wanted to bring toys, packed cooler, etc. Bikes were provided along with beach umbrellas, cooler, beach chairs, etc. Bikes were shared among other tenants so be aware they maybe taken. Bed was comfortable, didn’t use the stove or dishes but they did look like a good selection. We used the mini fridge and a 7 pound bag of ice fits in the freezer part easily. Overall this is a nice quiet place to relax.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We liked to walk around the pond area and see the wildlife including the small alligator. It was also so convenient to have a private beach pass. It really made it much easier to go to the beach, which is beautiful. Had a lot of fun shelling. Would love to come back again!

We stayed in 4E. It was roomy enough for 2 people. There was room in the bathroom to store my necessities. Closet and dresser space was good. We didn't cook, but made coffee (bring your own filters). There was a laundry room, but bring your own detergent. The beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels, shelling equipment) came in handy, as well as the bikes. Also, it was very quiet, which I loved. It was great!

Very relaxing stay on the west end of Sanibel. The kitchen could use a little updating but otherwise the property was perfect for a single or couple.

Great location to just hang at the beach

This quaint little bungalow was the perfect location. It wasn't in the chaotic area where everyone is, but a little north. Quiet location - easy walk to the beach and the parking pass was terrific. All of the things you will need for beach time.. Only comment is that it would be nice to have coffee filters, but the paper towel worked great. Property managers great to work with and very helpful. Thank you so much.

Senior snowbird getaway

Property was good, but no heat, only air conditioning. Outside low temp 45 with no indoor heat for 3 days. Brrrr! Called property manager and someone came out and inspected and they said sorry but I guess there is no heat and walked away. Could have stayed up north with heat.

The name says it all…..West End Paradise!

We loved this little bungalow and all its amenities. Beach chairs, beach towels, bikes. We managed quite well with the 2-burner stove and smaller fridge. Best of all was the proximity to the beach and a quick bike ride to JN Ding Darling Nature Preserve. Quibbles: the unit could use a few more spoons and an extra newer blanket. A check-in manual with information would be good….it took us a bit to figure out the beach access. Already looking to book for next year. Thanks for a lovely location and stay.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here! The property and neighborhood was perfect! Everything you need is provided, from kitchen to beach accessories! It was clean, and comfortable. Loved having the parking pass for the private beach area. I preferred something quiet away from the crowds, and this was perfect! I found so many beautiful shells! Can’t wait for our next trip! Would definitely book this place again!

Beautiful location and property

This is a small unit in a private, residential neighborhood. The efficiency kitchen was plenty for me to heat up and even cook meals in. The beach is a very short bike ride away, or you can use the small parking area to park your car. (I accidentally forgot to put the parking pass back in the unit when I left but they were willing to work with me and I have mailed it back to them, oops!) The unit was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood beautiful and quiet. The unit is located away from the main strip of restaurants and shops, but I preferred this during this stay because I was just looking for some privacy, peace, and quiet. It was a lovely stay; thanks so much :)
