Sleep 10 in the heart of Cabarita Beach, gateway to the Tweed Coast and Valley.
Caba Break is situated in the heart of the popular seaside village of Cabarita Beach/Bogangar, Caba Break boasts four large modern apartments with both ocean and hinterland views to each.
An easy 18-minute drive south of Gold Coast International Airport, a 50-minute drive from Ballina Airport, and a short 100m stroll to the beautiful Cabarita Beach. The village offers everything you need at your doorstep for a hassle-free holiday; Woolworths supermarket, pharmacy and doctors, hotel, surf club, shopping, and plenty of cafes and dining options.
All apartments feature; elevator access to all levels, 4 en-suite bedrooms plus a powder room, bright and breezy open-plan living, high ceilings, large ocean aspect balcony, air-con, TVs in every bedroom and lounge, well-appointed stone-top kitchen and laundry, and a free secure park.
There is a shared BBQ area featuring a large spa pool on the rear balcony with hinterland views.
On street level, a shared secure storage room in the building for bikes and boards is available making it easy to enjoy the bike path or head straight across the road to the beach for a surf any time during your stay.
Early-arrival baggage storage is available upon request.
The Pandanus Room, our separate event space, is free to use during your stay. It is available only to guests of Caba Break upon application. It is suitable for corporate events, do-it-yourself weddings, or family milestone events. The room capacity is a maximum of 48 people (conditions apply). It is well appointed for a variety of uses with reception space, smart TV, kitchenette, furniture options and adjoins the BBQ balcony and spa pool.
With total keyless code-pad entry and self-check-in, you can arrive any time after your appointed check-in time and never worry about who has the key throughout your entire stay.
For your peace of mind, all bedrooms are equipped with mechanical code locks and the perimeter of the building is watched over by surveillance cameras.

Propietario/a: Trudy Ray
Barry and Trudy have lived most of their lives in the Tweed area and are true locals.
We first met at the local Tweed River High School before Barry joined the army in 1980 where he gained his trade that lead him to a successful career as a builder, property developer and later as a town planner. Trudy retired from working in local government for 17 years to become your host at Caba Break in 2018.
In 2013 we reconnected and now share our lives in Kingscliff in a creek-side property that was purchased by Barry’s great grandparents for their Murwillumbah family to enjoy holidays at the beach.
Caba Break shares this same motivation; family holidays at the beach and so much more.
When Barry first spotted the vacant land in the heart of Cabarita Beach, he put on both his property developer and town planner hats; fantastic proximity to the beach and facilities, perfect dimensions for the carpark. Four years later Caba Break is a reality that we enjoy sharing with our guests.
A shared love of travel has inspired many of the features we included in Caba Break, light and breezy rooms, large entertainer kitchens, balconies with ocean and green views while a few travel lessons have also been addressed, losing our room key in Florence cost dearly, there are no keys, cards or fobs at Caba Break. Bathroom line ups; Caba Break has four showers and five toilets in each apartment and none of those nasty pull out lounge beds for your extra guests.
We love to bring our family and friends together and that’s what we want for you too. It’s often difficult to find accommodation with additional space for a family or corporate event. Our free Pandanus Room has a tropical garden theme to create a fun space suitable for any purpose up to 48 people with the spa pool and BBQ deck on the adjoining balcony?
Caba Break, Cabarita Beach and the surrounding area have so much to offer and we are here to help you make your stay everything you wish for.
