Huge Fail
Although great location, the property smelled of mildew like a wet basement. There was mold actually growing in closet. Had to fill with Renuzits all over to help mask it. Couldn't even put clothes in dressers b/c they smelled so bad. I suffer from sinuses so usually coming back into A/C helps get out of humidity. Not here, dehumidifier should be considered. Other places we've stayed also were nice that they had puzzles or games for a rainy day, none here. Just a recommendation to owners. The bed was horrible, if one of us moved the other would bounce all over and wake up!! There is a door in the bedroom leading to garage that u cannot unlock nor open but has a huge gab underneath to listen to people above going in & out. And you can hear every word and step they make above you! There was garbage left in a trash can on the patio that garbage provider won't take that was over filled and brought flies. We werent able to put any trash in the containers b/c the town house filled them on garbage day so we were stuck with that also. Need to provide separate can for the small apt. Nice potential but felt it was a fail at this time. Again, the location is very close to beach which was nice.
