In the living room there is a sofa and love seat and HD television. The Atlantis building itself features 24/7 security with a guard and cameras. Three new elevators were recently installed. Enjoy being close to area restaurants, shops, movie theaters, miniature golf courses and the public Ocean City Library. The occupancy for this condo is 6, the property is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. The building does charge a non refundable registration fee upon arrival at the building.
