As there is an unfenced pond at the rear of the property, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.All guests should take extra care on the deck as there is no barrier to prevent falls.This property is part of a complex and houses are close together. Therefore guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum (especially outside) and have music turn off between the hours of 10pm and 8am.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
