Cozy, comfortable, and romantic, very well-built, beautifully decorated, with 2 bedrooms (1 of which is a suite), 2 full bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a 40-inch smart TV that lets you watch Netflix. The house offers free internet with 300 MB, allowing you to work and study from home.
The Mata Ke Kanta farm offers its guests a private pool measuring 5 x 2.8 x 1.3 m, with a capacity of 11,000 liters. Around the pool, our guests can enjoy an area with lounge chairs and a beach umbrella.
The farm offers its guests a gourmet area, fully equipped with:
A concrete barbecue, equipped with a stainless steel grill grate and skewers, a mini-fridge, a sink, a counter, tables, and chairs.
The farm. Small pets (dogs, cats, birds, etc.) are allowed, up to a maximum of 1 pet per stay.
The cottage offers good amenities in the Paruru neighborhood, near the gated community. Several local businesses offer delivery services, including bakeries, water delivery, grocery stores, butcher shops, pizzerias, pharmacies, produce stands, and much more....

SECURITY AND RECREATION
The Mata Ke Kanta farm is located within a gated farm community. The community is fenced, has a gated entrance with access control, and offers 24-hour motorized security patrols. The community features a vast green area with walking trails and lakes. It also has a playground and a sand court.

PROXIMITY TO SÃO PAULO
The farm is just 70 km from São Paulo. Access is via the Raposo Tavares Highway and the Bunjiro Nakao Highway. The farm is near Sorocaba (25 km), Piedade (9 km), and São Roque (30 km). Access to the gated community’s entrance is via paved roads, and the internal streets of the community are mostly paved, allowing for smooth and safe vehicle access.
