Summary:
We'd love to welcome you to The Summit. Ideal for families and travellers who love the outdoor adventure that Queenstown offers but want luxury and space to relax and and feel special at the end of each day.
Come and experience the stunning uninterrupted views of beautiful Lake Wakatipu and the stunning Remarkables mountain range from the living area's 3.5 metre high windows, or take your pick of the huge spaces this home has to offer and admire the views from the bedrooms, balcony or spa.
The Space:
This brand new built and furnished home was completed in 2020 and has a host of luxury features and offers 290sqm of space across 4 large bedrooms (2 with ensuite bathrooms and walk in robes), 3.5 bathrooms (fully tiled and heated floors) and an open plan kitchen and living area that extends onto 40 sqm meters of deck in the front and rear with a BBQ.
The home is positioned in the Queenstown Hill area that provides quick access to the ski fields but only minutes drive from Queenstown centre.
The home has a Chef's kitchen and pantry fitted with integrated Bosh ovens, dishwasher and a large fridge / freezer with cold water dispenser and everything you need to create a gourmet feast.
A gas fire in the living area creates a warm ambience on chilly winter evenings as well as reverse cycle air conditioning. A sonos sound system with a large 65' flat screen TV completes the ambience in the living room along with an 8 seat table and chairs.
The Summit offers a variety of individually heated and air conditioned sleeping arrangements that would suit all groups on holiday, whether it is for a family, extended family or a group of friends holidaying together.
At the end of a long day on the slopes or tramping, you can enjoy a long relaxing soak in the luxury spa, which sits on the rear deck off with stunning views.
Guest Access:
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. This may be flexible depending on bookings.

- Unlimited Hi-speed (500mps) WiFi included
- Port-a-cot and high chair available on request
