In this close to town, three-level Townhouse, there are no more squabbling over bathrooms as all four bedrooms have their private ensuite with heated towel rail and heated tile floor. Each bedroom also has a balcony heat pump/air conditioning.

In the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, spend time easily with plenty of space for guests to gather on the balcony and enjoy the dramatic views of Queenstown's mountain ranges.

A fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, double door fridge with freezer. Platters and bowls for salads make entertaining a dream, and we didn't forget the champagne glasses.

The kitchen includes starters for your stay. Like oil, vinegar and balsamic to make those salad dressings. Salt & Pepper. Some sauces when you only need a small amount like tomato or soya sauce. Tea, coffee and fresh coffee or some NESCAFÉ Dulce Gusto capsules for the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Infinissima Coffee Machine, so you can sit down when you arrive and enjoy a hot drink.

Gas fire and air conditioning ensure the perfect temperature for any season. Free high-speed Wi-Fi provides connection to the large Smart TV, with Vodafone TV a breeze. Bluetooth soundbar to play our Queenstown chills Spotify #amazingqthouse.

For the small ones, there is a safety gate at the top of the stairs at the family and dining area. Port-a-cot, highchair and baby bath. In addition, we have a light, compact folding stroller for those small ones 6+ months up to 15 kg to help you get around.

When you stay with us, we want to ensure you have a great night's sleep. Your cleaning charge includes hiring fresh linen to ensure professional cleanliness. The beds are lovely to sleep on, with two pillows per person. For your reassurance, we use high-quality linen in a 3-sheet set-up to guarantee every layer is clean, and everyone gets a throw if they wish to snuggle in a bit deeper. The under-bed drawers create that extra space for unpacking your suitcase to get it off the floor, and the black-out blinds make the room dark enough to sleep when needed.

The Spa is all set to go for your arrival at optimum temperature and has a pre-check-in service by a professional Spa Maintenance team the morning of your arrival for best cleanliness practice and peace of mind.

In the master bedroom, we have a monitor set up for those who may have to do a little work you can use with your laptop. Kept on the lower shelf of the pantry is a back up, we have a USB keyboard and mouse to use with the monitor.

There is plenty of room to park a car next to the tournament-quality pool table in the garage. Additional parking for 1-2 cars on-site in front of the Townhouse.

Tucked away in the garage is a fabulous drying room for all that wet ski or adventure gear so you can use it the next day.

Fully equipped laundry station included washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board for your use — starter pack of washing liquid in the cupboard for you.

Professional cleaners take additional steps to clean and disinfect the home due to COVID-19.
