The house is kept comfortable year-round with air conditioning, heat pumps, underfloor heating in every bathroom, and a gas fireplace in the main living area.

The modern open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area provides plenty of space for everyone to gather. Step out onto the balcony to take in those panoramic views of The Remarkables, enjoy a relaxed meal together, or simply curl up inside and soak up the warmth of the fire.

Bedrooms
All four bedrooms feature a private ensuite with a heated towel rail and heated tile floor. Each room also has its own balcony, heat pump/air conditioning, blackout blinds, and under-bed drawers for extra storage.

Bedding
Beds can be configured to suit your group, with one luxury super king and three luxury super king beds that can be split into singles. We provide a comfortable night's sleep with two pillows per person and high-quality linen.

The fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining a dream, featuring an induction cooktop, dishwasher, and a double-door fridge with a freezer. You'll find platters, salad bowls, and champagne glasses ready for your use. Including: microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, rice maker, BBQ grill, barbecue utensils, children's dinnerware, books and reading material, board games.

We provide kitchen starters, including oil, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and various sauces. Enjoy a hot drink upon arrival, with a selection of teas and fresh coffee, plus capsules for the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
