Great Weekend Getaway

Me and a friend booked this house to attend a concert at AT&T stadium. It’s just a short drive (or Uber ride) away and was perfect for the weekend! Everything was very clean and house is well kept. The spacious living room was great for hanging out! I had a question about our arrival time and texted the guest contact Maria, and she was so nice and responded promptly! We will definitely stay here again when we go to a game at Globe Life Park or AT&T stadium in Arlington! Great location, highly recommend!

The house served its purpose for our stay.

Location is not great, communication with the contact was also not great. I texted a couple days before to see if we could check in early and never heard back. After we checked in I received a text at 9pm or so, saying that the previous tenant broke the pull out couch. That information would’ve been helpful to know prior to check in especially because It would’ve been a problem if we were planning on using it, they did say there was an air mattress in one of the closets. The house was clean and comfortable And served its purpose. We were there for our son’s graduation from TCU and it was not close, about a 17 minute drive. Busy street and A liquor store across the street that looks like it was out of business but I don’t think it was. Nothing really within walking distance.

nice, but poor communication

we had a pretty large group staying here. thankful we decided to bring an air mattress, because we were contacted AFTER check in to let us know that the pullout couch was broken. had we not brought our own, 2 people wouldn’t have had anywhere to stay. there is also a lock box over the thermostat so we weren’t able to change the temperature in the house so there were times where everyone was extremely hot or cold.

Beautiful, roomy rental with everything we needed

Beautiful interior decorating, clean and comfortable, and the rental had everything we needed. Gated parking for 2 cars and big, private back yard were great, including fire pit and available jarts, corn hole games. Also used washer and dryer - laundry soap was also provided. A great rental experience.

Very clean and comfortable home

This home was very tidy and comfortable. It had more amenities than expected and was conveniently located close to highways and easy to navigate to and from. Decor was nice and up to date. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay was not disappointed. The property manager was also very communicative and accommodating.

Fourth of July getaway

The place was very clean and nice. I would recommend! I am leaving 4 stars only bc we had a slight issue with air conditioner. But the property manager was very kind and helpful and made sure we were taken care of with floor fans and a window ac unit which helped so much for the babies sleeping.

Family weekend

The home was very nice and clean. We did have a few minor problems with the air conditioner (the filter was dirty and we couldn’t get it cooled off) but with property manager Maria who was very helpful and attentive we were able to get some floor fans and a window unit going which helped tremendously for the babies that were with us. I would recommend. The place was close to every where we went.

Great find in fortworth

Ample place and the backyard is really great. Place is really clean well decorated interior. Loved those pictures in living room. Friendly suggestion is to have more kitchen stuff.
