The space
Step out from your private front entrance and you'll be greeted by the quiet streets one of Edmonton's most desirable neighborhood, Wild Rose.

What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Large private deck and fenced in yard
- Our house features THREE full bathrooms and one half bathroom for a total of 4 Bathrooms! 1 ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom and 1 large bathroom in the near the bedrooms upstairs, the third full bathroom is located in the downstairs and the home a half bath is conveniently located on the main level,
- Only a 2 minute drive to the new Meadows Recreation Center.
- Beautifully decorated space with modern furnishings and bright ambiance.
- Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
- Secure attached double car garage parking and TONS of free available street parking.
- Lightening fast WiFi on our large 50" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
- Located close to The University of Alberta and UofA/Stollery Children's Hospital are only 20 min away!
- Our home is pet friendly, but $30/pet/night fee must be paid prior to reservation.


What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!

Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 king size bed, 3 queen size beds, and 1 large sofa bed you can set up in the spacious living room in the downstairs.
- All beds complete with fresh clean sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

Guest access
You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including the attached 2 car garage. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Tamarack Common - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

As a guest of our home, you will have exclusive access to to our home, which includes four bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, and 3.5 bathrooms, a private huge yard and deck with propane bbq and the hot tub.

Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.

- The fireplace is currently unavailable.

- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.

Rates for Pet Fees per Pet:
Nightly Rate: $30/night per pet
Weekly Rate: $150/week per pet
Monthly Rate: $300/month per pet
*Please note the pet fee charges are not included in our advertised pricing and are charged separately after the booking is confirmed.

HOT TUB RULES:
-hours of operation 8 am - 10 pm a night
-hot tub is intended for registered guests only during the duration of their stay
-please use the washroom and shower prior to using the hot tub to minimize amount of deodorant, oils, cream and dirt etc. that end up in the water.
- Please note that bubble bath, soaps, or oils are prohibited from the hot tub. If bubbles are found, a full drain will be required at a cost of $500 plus tax.
-hot tub sessions are to be limited to 30 minutes or less
-only potty trained children should be allowed to use the hot tub
-no glassware in the tub or anywhere near the hot tub area
-please make sure to only wear proper swimwear in the hot tub as regular clothes leach detergents into the water which creates excessive foam.
-no food or other drink permitted in the tub
-do not remove the chlorine or pool monitor from the hot tub
-cover is to be placed back on after each use

*if glass or other debris are found in the hot tub, a full drain and clean will be charged to your damage deposit of $500

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:

1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.

2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.

3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.

Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Not prepared

I would have rated this higher but there were a number of issues on checking in. The light in the bathroom in the suite wasn’t working, there was no body wash in the bathroom in the master bedroom. A lotion was in that spot. The house was to be sufficient for 8 to 10 people - there were only 4 glasses etc in the main kitchen.

Wonderful, spacious, local getaway

I rented this Vrbo to have as a little space for my sister's quiet bachelorette party and it was so lovely and it had all the space we needed! Everything about the property was clean, bright, and absolutely cozy. We mainly used the basement level and main floor. They had a range of great amenities (like the tv with subscriptions, gas range stove, multiple kitchen and bath amenities, etc) which we really appreciated as a plus. We enjoyed the very cool basement during the hot summer day, and it was the perfect space to have our mobile spa service come and do their services--the mini kitchen space, bathroom, living room, and bedroom in the basement was the perfect setup for our little spa party. The main kitchen was also beautiful and spacious! The gas range stove was also quite a cool highlight. As well, we found everything about the bedrooms very clean and comfortable. We had a bit of a letdown during our stay in which one of the main recreational amenities did not work for us and was unusable. However, the property managers Michael and Katrina were so gracious about it--not only were they so receptive in the chats to any and all of our questions and needs before and throughout our stay, but they were also willing to work with us on a refund for the inconvenience! They were always willing to accommodate and give us a good experience, and I do say they follow through! Overall, this was such a beautiful stay and recommend it to anyone wanting to go for either a local little getaway or to anyone wanting a quiet yet luxurious stay in the heart of Edmonton.

Unimpressed with the smell

The property managers, Pique properties, were very nice and replied to my messages promptly. They were great to work with. However, my family had a difficult time staying in this house. The entire house had a "wet animal" smell that did not go away, despite having the windows open for the 4 days we were there. There is a leak from one of the upstairs pipes that's leaking over the living room ceiling. The basement sink was also clogged and would not drain. For the amount of money we paid for this stay, I was highly unimpressed.
