Tvs were slow, glitchy. With 3 small kids movie nights are essential for us. 2 ofbthe 3 tvs went out completely we tried restarting but didnt work

Great stay despite Milton

We checked into the condo exactly one week after hurricane Milton made landfall at this exact area. While it had minor impact on us, we were impressed how little it did and with the clean-up efforts. We could have cancelled (we had insurance) but wanted to see Florida "at its worst". The impact wasn't that bad. We had spotty wifi for much of the time, and the pool was closed most of the time, but we didn't much mind. The unit is very nice and well-equipped, attractive, and just what we needed!

Wonderful Condo - across from the beach

We loved staying at this property. It was easy to get around. It was right across from the beach. Other great beaches close by. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our time there!

Property was good. Right across from the "main" Siesta Beach. There is a longer than usual walk to the beach, but it has nothing to do with the property, just the way it is. The property we stay at had only one bathroom so it may be a challenge for 4 or more people. My wife and I loved it.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay in Siesta key! Our friends had never been there before and loved it. This unit was very clean and plenty of everything we needed. The view from the balcony is awesome. It was quite entertaining watching all the parking lot wars. The trolly picks up right out front and just a walk across the street to the beach. The only complaint is that the elevator needs to be cleaned once in a while, it smelled. We would definitely stay again

Location was great. Beds very comfortable. We spent most of our time out and about and this was a comfortable place to rest at the end of the day.

Gorgeous Beach

We came back to this same condo because of the convenience to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We Would like to suggest a new frypan (one warped, one caused food to stick, even with oil). Bed was comfy and linens were nice. One TV tray was broken, but someone tried to fix it with duct tape. The best part was the lanai, where we could enjoy morning, coffee, or evening sunsets.

Our only complaint is loss of water during our stay. We understand it was unavoidable but very inconvenient especially during prime shower hours.

La Siesta Condominium #404

I highly recommend this property! Perfect location to beaches. Siesta Key Beach is right across the street from the condominiums! Our condo lived up to every expectation & our view was breathtaking! The pictures are accurate & the cleanliness was too! The elevator made our access to our place so easy! The pool was well kept & very well maintained. Siesta Key Beach is amazing & I would definitely love to vacation here again!

Great location of condo/ room

Condo directly across the street from Siesta Beach entrance. Condo 404 has the perfect view of the Gulf and beach. Very cozy. Lanai is furnished and screened in, an absolute perfect place for every meal and to people watch.

LOCATION, Location, Location!!!

Beautiful location! trolly stops out front & walking distance of the beach. We rented a car for trips to the food store & day trips. Very relaxing. Not a "party location" – unless you would like to jump on the frog - that will take you around to all of the area bars. Plenty of cute locations to grab a bite - in the village.

Great Location

This condo is located across from Siesta Key Beach. It does have beach chairs and an umbrella. However, a wagon or beach cart would of been helpful. I did rent one because it would of been difficult to carry everything to the beach. There are no beach towels. You have to also provide your own toilet paper and paper towel. It was missing all the personal touches I have come accustomed to when I rented in Ft. Myers. There are no extras in the condo. Make sure you bring or buy anything and everything you will need. You have no contact with the owner of the condo. Your only contact is with the property manager. We did have a wonderful vacation and the location is perfect!

Great location

This condo is directly across from the beach entrance and there is a trolley stop right out front so location is perfect. It is on the 4th floor so great view of the beach and ocean across the street. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. The floors were not the cleanest when we arrived and there are only 3 dinner plates and not enough silverware, especially forks. As there were only 2 of us it did not bother us. Other than those couple of minor things it is a great condo.

The property is in a great location, right across the street from public parking for Siesta Key Beach. The condo was very comfortable with everything needed to spend time at the beach. Unfortunately our trip was cut short after two full days there by the evacuation for Hurricane Ian. We were lucky to get our flight changed out of Tampa right before they were shutting down the airport. No refund on the unused days of our condo reservation. If you’re traveling to Siesta Key during hurricane season, I recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo we originally booked was on the 4th floor with a great view! The week before our stay, we were notified there would be a new roof going on the building we booked and could be noisy. I called and we were given the choice to stay in another building on the 3rd floor to avoid the noise. We opted to switch condos (not pictured) to avoid the noise. The condo was very nice, but the view wasn’t as nice! Also, we were informed that the pool would be closed for resurfacing, and would be refunded 2 days of lodging for the inconvenience, which was nice. The property was well maintained and great location!

We really enjoyed the location, cleanliness and attention to detail.

We appreciated the towels, beach equipment and everything was in the condo we needed for a relaxing stay. Loved the screened in Lanai.
