From a modern spacious apartment on Level 23 it’s an easy 50m access to the patrolled beach. Enjoy 180-degree views of golden beaches, to Coolangatta, tranquil riverscapes and rolling hinterland hills. A large living area, good quality furniture, a well-equipped kitchen and full laundry. Two outdoorpools and childrens' wading pool -all newly refurbished. Relax beside the in-door pool and spa, in the sauna. A spacious garden and BBQ areas. Play a game of tennis or relax while keeping an eye on small children's playground.

Near to Q1 and the famous Longboards Laid back Eatery. Choose from a myriad of Cosmopolitan restaurants in Cavill and Orchid Ave and the Renaissance precinct less than 10 minutes’ walk away. or visit the popular Northcliff Life Saver's Club, only 5 minutes’ walk away.

The Gold Coast tram line at the end of the block is an easy access to the Broadbeach precinct, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and Harbour Town outlets. Coolangatta Airport services are readily available too.

Place to stay for a Nationals swimming

Very tidy property close to Surfers, the beach and tram. Lots of rules to follow, but it was worth it for the lovely apartment.

A great place to stay

A quality, well presented and maintained property. It has great functionality and is well situated close to the beach, shops and amenities. The owner-manager was very helpful and communicated information clearly and promptly.

Great ocean views, beautiful unit

This unit is set up beautifully! Sliding patio doors open all the way for great ocean views and great ocean breezes. Clean, comfortable couches and dining set, well set up kitchen, comfortable beds, big bathrooms and handy laundry set-up. Central to all that is Surfer's Paradise. I would recommend a stay here!

Perfect accommodation

A very nice apartment with all we wanted. Very clean and comfortable. From the size of the 2 bedroom apartment, to the convenient inclusions of a full kitchen and laundry, not to mention a full compliment of kitchen utensils and appliances. Luciana was also very friendly, with great communication. Had 6 nights and would stay again. Would recommend as a good place to stay

Fantastic holiday unit

We stayed for a whole week with our 3 children. We can not recommend this place enough! The owner is very easy to communicate with, the location is perfect with everything you need within a short walk and the beach across the road! The building facilities are great! The welcome touches were very kind and thoughtful! Plenty to see and do in the area and not far from theme parks! We can not wait for our next holiday and will definitely stay here again! Thank you Luciana for your kindness and hospitality!

2023 pacific air show

We were very impressed when we entered the unit. Within walking distance to eateries, shops and the air show. There was no need to bring anything with us except for food and drinks. Will recommend to our friends. Thank you Luciana. It was great.

Excellent presentation

Luciana went out of her way to make us feel welcomed ,with lots of extra touches e.g.fruit bowl,snacks,1 litre milk,water bottles,beach towels etc.Would highly recommend this unit.The unfinished outdoor pool,at the resort,was a slight disappointment, but the indoor pool was just fine.

Great apartment - great location!

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment for a Gold Coast weekend with my teen daughters! Luciana was very friendly and responsive. She arranged for her cleaning staff to meet me with the keys and they were also really friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and spacious with a great balcony offering both ocean and hinterland views. And the location was simply fantastic. An easy 1 minute walk to the beach, a short stroll to Cavill Ave in Surfers and 100m from the Surfers Paradise tram stop making it so easy to get to Broadbeach for Pacific Fair shopping & the convention centre. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Unhappy experiance

After we paid & checked in, we were told, with great indifference, the pools were under a major repair & closed; had been for a while & will remain so in the future. Don't trust the pictures of this unit. The place smelled like mothballs so we kept the windows open & A/C on. The kids & wife were unhappy with my choice, vocally so. Should have stayed at Chevron Towers.

Fabulous family holiday

We stayed here for a week in April with our children and we were so impressed! The apartment was spacious, quiet, clean and so well set up with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. Just as pictured, unlike some properties we have stayed at previously.... I loved the wee touches like fresh fruit, a few nibbles and some milk for us on arrival. The coffee machine was a real treat too! The location was excellent!! We caught the airport bus then the tram on arrival, very easy to find! An easy short walk to the end of the street to catch the tram for shopping and theme parks, or just a 5 or so minute walk to Cavill Ave. Super markets and convenience stores nearby. Lots of places to eat within walking distance or some nights we cooked and the kitchen was very well equipped. And the kids loved the pools and being able to play tennis. We found the beds to be comfortable and the bedrooms were air conditioned which was nice on the hotter nights. The bathrooms were clean and had lovely shower pressure and having a fully equipped laundry was great. Everything was easy right from the booking stages, communication and check in and out. Thank you! Staying here really helped make our holiday super enjoyable and stress free. We would stay here again and recommend to our friends. Loved it.

Great spot in Surfers

Luciana's apartment is a beautifully maintained property in a well located building in the heart of Surfers. Close to the beach anf Cavill Ave but with a carpark so you are never far from anywhere. This apartment is fastidiously maintained and used by the owner so will not suit people who aren't prepared to respect it as their own. In return you get a caring owner who provides great personal service. There were lovely little touches like fresh fruit and advice for us on where we could swim train locally. The onsite outdoor pool wasn't available during our stay but Luciana advised us of this ahead of time and even gave us a refund to compensate which we appreciated. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Thank you!

A wonderful apartment in a great location

Luciana, our host made sure everything was just right, including some lovely homely touches like fresh fruit at our arrival. We had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Located walking distance from Cavill, and just over the road to the beach. This was a great stay.

Close to everything you need - resturants, transport, hire of anything - its all right there within 5-10 minutes walk. The Theme parks are approx 30 minutes away - so close if you want to make a day of it there.
