Built to take full advantage of the amazing bay setting and to combine the fabulous outdoor features with the interior, this floor plan design easily opens to the outdoor salt water infinity edge pool, spa, spacious pool deck and additional upstairs lanai, outdoor family room with fireplace, two docks, new seawall and western sunset exposure! The inside features two full floors of designer luxury, fabulous furniture and decor from Restoration Hardware, a gourmet kitchen with large island and stainless steel appliances, two-story high living room with fireplace, dining room with coastal cabinetry, and 5 beautiful bedroom suites!!

Amazing Marco Island Retreat

An absolutely wonderful home. Had just about every amenity we could ask for. Home was immaculate, and well appointed. Appliances are new and updated. Pool is warm and comfortable. Loads of towels, sheets, pillows, blankets. all of the extra linens are cleaned and wrapped in plastic, and shelves are labeled with what’s available. Kitchen is stocked with every appliance you could imagine, regular coffee pot, keurig, and Nespresso. Blenders, mixers, barware, ice maker, wine fridge… loads of pots, pans, bowls… BBQ tools… oh the bbq? Immaculately cleaned before we arrived. I almost felt bad using it, it was so spotless it looked new. There’s a Phone charging station in case you forgot a cable, there are family games inside and a few floats and pool toys outside. Garage is filled with 3 bikes, 2 scooters, 6+ beach chairs, coolers, ice packs, and a few beach games. No beach umbrella, though- that was one of the few missing items that we expectedly be there. We were there for a wonderful week and we left only to go to the beach twice and to pick up food. This is truly an amazing beach vacation home.

Thorough review

The house is great, as pictured and the sunset view is to die for!! Location is perfect, close to everything and the house is well equipped with fun stuff, bikes, games, pool accessories, and coolers. Property managers were helpful and friendly. There’s a guidebook in the house that explains everything pretty well. Downside, the very large credit card hold deposit required upon check in was a major surprise consideration how significant it was. I think the management should ensure to highlight that in the numerous welcome emails after booking. The deposit is released a few days after check out. Also the cleaning required on the guests end takes away from the vacation. For example, asking guests to start laundering bedsheets prior to check out, meaning wake up at 6am or earlier to WASH and DRY bedsheets for 5 beds in addition to remaining towels prior to 10am check out. I didn’t like that. I understand the need for a quick turnaround for the next guests but why is there a cleaning fee? Also a charge per load if more than 2 loads are left not done. Lastly, the tub in the upstairs bathroom does not drain well. Otherwise all in all, I would recommend the house, hopefully they can figure out another cleaning strategy, I’d be happy to have it incorporated into the total cost.

Beautiful Home in Marco Island

Our family had a great time at Baia Luna. The house has everything you can think of/need while on vacation. Great location... minutes from the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Amazing week with grandparents and our 6 year old.

We spent Mothers Day week here with myself, husband, 6yr old daughter and both sets of our parents in their 80's. This property has 2 king beds on the main floor which was perfect for all the parent's. We took the upstairs king bed with our daughter in one of the rooms down the hall and it worked perfectly. We still had 3 unused beds. We had plenty of space and the layout was wonderful. There was an ice machine that was game changing(installing one in our own home now). This location is about a 3 minute drive from Winn Dixie so it made running to the grocery store so easy. We really chose this property because the water is on the bay vs a channel. We loved seeing all the boats come into the bay. The infinity pool was a huge hit with our 6yr old. I cant say enough about this beautiful property that was so tastefully decorated in soft blues and felt beachy. Great week with our parents!

Great house!

We had a great time at this house. The kitchen opens up entirely to the pool area, as does the living room. Great location, well equipped, if we come back to Marco we'd stay here again for sure!
