This spacious one-bedroom condo has been completely updated with a combination of beautiful hardwood and tile flooring. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all you need to prepare a delicious meal. A spacious living room is open to the kitchen to provide a perfect atmosphere for socializing. The bedroom features a king bed and lots of natural light. We had a great time! It was pretty quiet for street noise or any noise. The bed was pretty comfortable too. The walk to the beach was roughly 3 minutes. A 5minute walk to publix. The ice cream shop built on was pretty delicious too!!!! The view from the back was beautiful too. We got a pizza from Sliyce and took it back and ate out back one evening. Many memories made this visit!

Great property manager. Clean and spacious condo. Kind and helpful staff. Location was excellent. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops, shopping, and beach right across the street. Grounds well maintained. Clean pool, great fishings piers, even saw dolphins.

Great place to stay but zero response from host when there was a problem

Condo was nice and had basic amenities. We were awoken our last morning by a contractor entering our condo while we were asleep at 7:30 in the morning! They entered with no knocking at all and when told must be in the wrong unit they still stood there with the door open until my husband was finally able to get dressed and asked them to leave.. a little unnerving while you are laying in bed not dressed. I tried to message the host and was unable to on VRBO kept coming back undeliverable. Also messaged via text message and no response!

Great place by the beach

This place was perfect for our family. We heavily utilized the full kitchen that had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Literally just walk across the street to the beach. Having things already in the storage shed to be used at the beach, like an umbrella, chairs, sand toys, etc. was also great!

Amazing location, very nice condo, but needs some TLC.

This condo is close to the beach, has a beautiful pool, great location, and the interior is nicely decorated. The dolphins are frequently passing through in the waterway behind the building. Amenities are nice, such as laundry within the condo, a nice fridge, a couple of pool towels in the closet, plenty of bath towels, and “starter pack” was plenty for us for a few days. We did go ahead and buy a few things from Publix, but we barely used any. There are two very large TVs located in the living room and bedroom. A couple of things to note.. one of the bathroom doors is screwed open. There is a door to the hallway on one side and one that opens to the bedroom. The one within the bedroom cannot be closed. Maybe not a big deal to some people, but this bothered me. I like my privacy, and it does help with humidity when taking showers. I emailed the property manager and did not receive a response. The condo could use some minor updates, as well. Some light fixtures had missing covers and the flooring has gaps between boards. If you can, I recommend bringing an extra pillow. A couple of them are very flat and old and should really be replaced. Bedding could be replaced, as sheets were very thin and pilled. There are many stains on the furniture and the couch could really use new cushions. If you know what to expect, I give this place a 4 out of 5, just due to how great the location is. But for what I paid, I would have expected the furniture and linens to be better.

Central Location

Pictures are accurate. Ants and nats were a problem inside. Great location to walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. The floor inside front door is mushy almost as if water got underneath flooring. The shower head is magnetic. Be careful not to soak the bathroom! 😂Parking was ideal for a small/intermediate car. We would stay here again.

The condo was clean and pictures represented the place well. We stayed here because of proximity to the beach. Did not disappoint! Check in and check out was easy. Would definitely come back

Girls trip

We had such a good time while we stayed in Treasure Island. A few work order type mishaps here and there, but communication was excellent. The unit was very clean and very cute. Everything we needed to cook was provided which was also a plus.

Great location. Fishing docks were awesome. Lots of Dolphins and stingrays to watch. Ocean right across the road. Looking forward to going back soon!

Westwinds 213 2 weeks

Unit was adequate for accommodation, clean and well equipped. Location of 213 is adjacent to road, no view, dark, no balcony. Elevator close to unit out of commission- not great for seniors. Inland waterway area behind building is nice and well kept.

Great stay and location

I recently just stayed here for 6 nights. This rental was nice and mostly quiet (except by the pool some guest were blasting music at 8:30 or 9pm). I thought it was a cute unit and really liked it. There was an issue the bed and we called the owner and he promptly got back to us and had a repairman come out the next morning. There was a problem with the ice maker and the owner explained how to fix it and put in a bag of ice in the freezer in the meantime. He was very nice and professional. The pool was nice but it needed to be cleaned or shocked. It was very cloudy and the color was off. They could benefit to have a skimmer. I would’ve easily done it myself. It was super close to Publix, restaurants and the beach. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this particular unit. Thank you for the great stay with my kids and boyfriend.

There are beach chairs and an umbrella in the shed to use, which was nice. The condo is clean and comfortable but the bathroom is very dark. No instructions left. (Had to hunt for shed key and figure out outdoor lock) Very nice grounds with shared pool and patio but no private outdoor space.

Everyone we met at property was nice

Had little bit of a problem checking in. Some due to my inexperience we mobile phone. Unit wasn’t very clean /furniture not clean and previous renters plugged garbage disposal had to call for service they came fairly quickly

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is accurately captured in the Airbnb description. Location, location, location....excellent. I did address in my review that the shower was slow to drain. I did not address there was a slight odor either of smoke or mold. It did not bother us, but someone with a sensitive nose might be turned off. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in not opening the closet when we departed. I left a designer pair of jeans and top along with my under garments. The clothing has a value of $450. Rag & Bone jeans and top. I’ve talked with resort rentals 3 times. Their cleaning crew reported finding nothing. This is concerning that you have a crew that is dishonest going into your rentals. This is painful to me as I made a costly mistake. I do understand that it may be difficult to locate employees in this crazy time of employment, but you have staff stealing what is left behind. I’m very hurt by this. The resort staff are more or less like, yep you left it there too bad. PLEASE HELP ME!
