You will be close to everything when you stay at Westwinds Resort. The Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street and the intra-coastal bay is directly behind the condo. Lounge by the pool, fish on one of 3 docks, gas grills for grilling lunch or dinner and a short walk to grocery store, beach shops and restaurants. This one bedroom condo sleeps four and is tastefully furnished with everything you need for a fabulous time! Just bring your swimsuit and relax your cares away.

The unit is tastefully decorated in comfortable and stylish motif and a sleeper sofa. Updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Relax and enjoy your own cooking in the kitchen or the backyard on the intra-coastal on one of the 2 grills nestled in a spacious area of tables and chairs. Enjoy a spectacular sunrise while watching the dolphins playing or catch fish off one of the 3 docks on the water, just bring your pole. Cool off with a swim in our heated pool and relax while sunbathing in our chaise lounges.

Our guests have access to the entire resort including the pool area and coin operated laundry room.
Assigned parking space for one standard size vehicle.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

You will be just a short walk to the many restaurants that offer fresh seafood and outdoor dining and only 1 mile south of Johns Pass. Over 100 merchants inhabit the village with unique retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching, shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.

Rental cars are available at both airports along with Enterprise Rental Cars are located just 3 miles down the road. Public bus service is available day and night from Clearwater down to Pass A Grill. Uber and Lyft also available. But who needs a car? From this convenient location you can walk to everything. Shopping, eating or taking in the view, walk along the 1 mile boardwalk on the beach.

We provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking as well as sheets, towels and beach towels. We also try our best to keep beach chairs and umbrella in the unit, however, these are well used throughout the year so we cannot say 100% that they will be available or without wear and tear. Anything in the condo can be utilized by the guest.

** Only one assigned parking space**
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
