Part of the Kuilima East Estates community, this uniquely designed spacious loft unit comes with 1 bedroom (loft style), 2 full bathrooms and offers 851 interior square feet of space for your enjoyment. Makani Moana translates to Ocean Breeze in Hawaiian and is what truly embodies the experience guests feel while staying in this special property.

The unit sleeps two (2) guests and comes with vaulted ceilings and collapsible sliding doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. You are provided one (1) dedicated parking stall with additional guest parking should you have visitors. The unit kitchen is fully stocked to prepare on-site meals, washer/dryer for laundry, ceiling fans in all living spaces and air conditioning should you need to cool down after a long day at the beach.

Guests have the option to stay within the gated Kuilima East Estates complex and enjoy the community pool, BBQ area, tennis court, and gazebo. Or located just a short stroll away, Turtle Bay Resort (currently under renovation) offers a selection of dining options, day spa services, helicopter tours, horseback riding, surfing lessons and world-class golf with two (2) exceptional 18-hole courses: Arnold Palmer and George Fazio.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction.

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

Pool Policy: access to the community pool.
